I actually started crying with the Maude clip, and Sam signing off made it worse
Same. I was like "oh, so it's definitely ending", felt a bit rubbish about it (same with Ava and Suptic's video on their channels), then Maude came on, did her bit, and it really, really hit me. And Sam's final bit? Oh my god. I'm going to miss SourceFed Nerd so much now

I miss coming home from a long day of school and right before I left for work Id try and watch sourcefednerd. I was in highschool then but now that i have a fulltime job, and Im just looking back... this was part of the best years of my life just based on the amazing chemistry this channel had. I miss it. I loved it and Id like to see it come back. I know it wont but its always a wish. heres to three more years without sourcefednerd.

I still come back to this video a couple of times every year. SourceFedNerd was probably my favourite channel on youtube. Valleyfolk is still good, but it's just not the same.
Hope you guys remain close and continue to make videos with each other you're all amazing talented people. Can't think of a single person I didn't like since I started watching four years ago

I remember when NERD was launched and I was one of the first subscribers. Not gonna lie, over time I fell out of watching NERD videos (not because of anything the channel was doing, I just grew up and got busy) but this made me cry. My fav NERD videos are probably the ones where you all would discuss Game of Thrones the day after the episodes aired. When I first got into GoT no one else I knew watched it, and I would want to talk about it so badly. I loved coming here and getting that feeling. May you all go on to do wonderful things
this was really sad and i really appreciate sam taking the time to get everyone who has ever been on or worked on sourcefednerd to talk about their favorite moments.
i have loved every host on this channel and all the different shows they had on it. its really crazy to see were sam was in the beginning to where he is now and i guarantee you he will be able to do great things on his own channel or on a different channel as a host.
I've loved watching all the hosts through the years, seeing and getting to know eachone's unique style and brand of nerdiness. You weren't afraid to be passionate about what you loved and that enthusiasm was infectious. You've all brought a lot of joy and fun to my life. Thanks for everything!

It was so nice seeing Trisha, Maude, Reina, Joe and Meg again. I've watched SourceFed and SourceFedNERD since i was a teenager and it's so sad they're ending, but what a ride! So many laughs :)
I just want to say, Sam, you were the only "new" host that reached the level of caring that I had for the originals. I adored Reina, and Maude, and Whitney, but they never were as loved by me, as Joe, and Lee, and Elliot, and even Steve(when he wasn't being TOO off-the-wall). You got there though. All of you will be missed...
Maude and Will were just as good as the OGs imo. By the end Suptic was fantastic too

I have been on an emotional journey this past few weeks- I had no idea who these guys even existed.
I found a vid on Smuade and fell in love with them.
Now here I am realising they never continued.
