As a Scathach fanboy, Shishou is more specialized as a teacher. Mainly combat and rune magic Chiron is more varied, he’d also teach you how to survive, to explore, to analyze threats. Chiron would honestly be a better teacher for most people.
Honestly, I think it's Waver. Now, do Lord El Melloi II's students match up with Chiron's, Scathach's, or Merlin's? No. However, Waver isn't given demigods or prophesied scions to the throne to manage. He's given mages, steeped in corruption and decadence, confined to this modern era, and yet he somehow brings them to new heights of magecraft -- all while being a mediocre-to-subpar mage himself. That's pure talent for pedagogy, in my opinion.

Mmmmm… I don’t know about that. Chiron was also VERY fond of Jason and Heracles as well. WE’VE just been privy to seeing a flashback as well as the two ( Achilles and Chiron ) meeting up again in Apocrypha which can definitely “taint” one’s bias. With Chiron’s other students we haven’t.
The battle between Aife and Scathtach reminds me of the two sisters in witch of the holy knight scathtach being the younger sister aoko and aife being touko, if u look at ordeal call 2 scathtach even references this fact that she is the younger sister while being fujimaru's Aunt

Let me put it this way. How many famous people were trained under Chiron? Herakles, Jason, Achilles and a fourth one I cant remember right now. All of them achieved great things even if they had tragic deaths. Compare that with Shishou, who allowed one of her students to kill the other and never bother training anyone after Cu Chulain. Scathach is more powerful than Chiron and perhaps her training led to better results in some ways, but Chiron has a much better record.

Given he's trained under a Chiron that does more or less do the same training as Fate Chiron, he'd probably not pick up as many new skills/abilities with Fate Chiron, than if he trained under Fate Scathach, but who knows.
Probably Scathach. Chiron is a great teacher but he specializes in archery. Percy likely is unable to learn that. Both are masters of all weapons if we’re talking Fate though I personally consider Scathach much better at close combat. As for magecraft, Runes would probably be a bit easier to learn though I’m sure Chiron would find something he’s good at too. Under Scathach I’d say Percy would gain mastery of weapons and possibly the sling which gives him long range. Runes would be expected giving him added versatility along with water powers. He might even be gifted with Gae Bolg. Under Chiron he’d still be a master swordsman but a bit worse. He may be taught another weapon but can’t say for sure what it would be. He’d have his own magecraft but I can’t say for sure what that may be. Idk how good Chiron is with a sling so that still might be an option since I’m not convinced Percy could learn archery.

Most likely imo would be runes for Scathach, and Percy is...weird cause while definitely sub par with a bow and arrow, his aim when throwing shit is immaculate, so sling could be something yes, as for Chiron? Not much he could learn that wouldn't just be expanded knowledge he already has tbh...

Do you think that if a servant were were to be summoned into the place their strongest line Cu in Ireland and Achilles in Greece and then moved from there to another place, do you think they’d keep their phantasms from the buff. Like I get they’d lose a lot of the power once they leave but would they keep any np or item they get from being summoned there?
If it’s just keeping the Noble Phantasm, the answer seems to be yes, based on the example of Fate/Apocrypha’s Lancer Vlad III. Vlad dropped from a 10 to 6 after leaving Romania for Semiramis’ Hanging Gardens of Babylon. He retained his “ability” but his “original specs” dropped. His “ability” was “inhibited”. Vlad could still summon stakes from his body but even their force and sharpness had weakened. So probably anything a Servant can carry out should be kept. Vlad is only a Heroic Spirit in Romania. He’s more internationally famed as an Anti-Hero and vampire, aka Fate/Extra’s Lancer Vlad. Vlad’s situation is definitely atypical. From how I understand it, he’s not an inherently strong Servant, but he was artificially strong in Romania, so the difference is way more apparent after leaving Romania for the Hanging Gardens. I think at worst Cu Chulainn would drop from 10 to 9 or 8 if he left Ireland for mainland Europe. He’s an inherently strong Heroic Spirit that still has high fame in Europe. Let’s ignore the fortress and blessing, just focusing on the chariot which Cu can probably ride out of Ireland. The problem seems to be that Servants have some kind of carry weight or diverted output for Noble Phantasms. So, Ireland Cu has 100 carry weight, but Europe Cu only has 80. Europe Cu with his chariot is now encumbered or something. Yeah, he still keeps the chariot. But it’s hard to say if that chariot is more of a hinderance or boon.
For laughs and antics ? Taiga ! For an actual philosophical education and combat experience / training, Chiron. NOT to disrespect Sensei of the Tiger Doujou, just my opinion.
While I love Scathatch as a servant and character better ( not dissing Chiron like him too ) I give the better teacher to Chiron from the variety of knowledge and the amount of heroes that he has train that when to reach great hight.
