They don’t realize how much better every video would be without all that childish screaming all the time from certain individuals I won’t mention. These guys are not them and we could barely hear Gabe most of the video..That and the talent level here.I think that may be why this was a very good one✌️
Loving this vid. I felt real joy when you finally made it. Maybe about 1-2% of what you felt but that was already a lot. I love the no nonsense style of your videos. No overt production tricks, natural chill narration, etc. You treat your guests with respect and give them room to be themselves. When I'm watching, I feel I'm in some good relaxing company. Thanks a lot.
My 2 favorite skaters I grew up wanting to be Rodney on a skate board and have so much respect for the guy in the last five years I learned his story and all he's done for skateboarding evolution and what you 2 do to carry on his Legacy is so awesome so much respect for you guys thank you
This is skateboarding! Giger is a beast in learning hard tricks. I appreciate that this video is on giger channel, at brail and featuring Carlos the great. it shows that skateboarding connect people beyond their sponsors. It really cool to see Carlos teaching and johny learning. Really like the video openmindness
If and when Carlos does something it is as smooth as it gets. I like watching this stuff don't skate anymore maybe but love to watch you guys at play when I take some time out. Yeah that last one was as smooth as it get's Jonny very good. It's quite an experience watching someone progress towards mastering a trick or a stunt. Thanks
Every time I think I have a grasp on how good Carlos is, he does something like this and blows my mind again! You need to teach him that back foot varial heel thing you do!
Johnny, You're my favorite skater. Sure there's another that is better. There's always another that is better. You have great style and to me, you're one of those books collecting the roots for the next generation. Not just passing a torch, Not just passing on the legacy, You're the embodiment of embracing skating. Thank you and God for your content and your health.
Lastra with the amazing teaching skills. You and Dr Bahn my favourite skaters, Carlos you have the Manny's and the tech stuff down pat, Vinny got the stairs rails and consistency but you got the consistency to Carlos so you know like I said you both my favourite peace
You can't take it like that, Johnny Giger has one of the best impossibles and because of that, you think that carloses impossibles are bad, but thats just not true.
seymourglass26 I know 😁 just wanted to be the first! But they are really very good. I feel that they actually challenged each other to be better and work harder cause they both such talented skaters.
Love your work ethic and that you show the hard work behind your tricks. It isn't something that comes easy. Its the work and the commitment that gives you the success 👊 very inspiring
My favorite trick ever. I'm like Carlos, when I saw that part it blew my mind. Such a dope looking and fun trick. It's crazy how high Rodney jumps when he does this trick though.
I looked through the comments, and saw no one saying anything negative about the psoriasis on his face, this makes me very happy. I too live with psoriasis, and it makes me very self conscious, I’m glad to see no one make negative comments or judge him negatively on it. Most people assume it’s something worse than it is and make negative ignorant judgements. I have it really bad on my scalp, and I’d always be so embarrassed to go get my hair cut because the stylists would always ask questions and want to know what it is or if it’s something they should be worried about, I’d put off getting haircuts for months because as a child it made me feel so self conscious. It’s good to see everyone talking about skateboarding instead.
I like the fact that ur being humble and letting them think that u can't do that trick👍 when I can clearly see u throwing the board away from ur body on purpose.lol.. make them feel good Johnny!
Damn so close so far...8 hours from So. Cal but closer than Switzerland. Giger my fav, would love to get my board signed and skate around. Carlos sik! Cool seeing these collaborations! Cheers
@@dyxsexenslamher136 That is definitely not true. 24 is the number of frames per second the film industry chose, because it's the lowest number they could get away with while getting a result that looked smooth enough. It looks like a daytime soap opera because that's what you associate it with. I watch so much 60+ FPS content and so little 24 FPS content, that 60+ looks more natural to me, while 24 looks comparably choppy. It's a matter of getting used to it. Our eyes don't see in FPS, they see continuous streams of light. Technically, the higher the framerate, the more realistic. But if you're used to looking at low framerate video on screens, high framerate video looks somewhat weird.
My two favorite skaters on TH-cam 🤙🤙
Can we please get you two to dress as Mario and Luigi with your staches? 😂😅🤣
Please !!!!!!
That would be so cool!!! Carlos as Mario and Johnny as Luigi skating around the city à la Remi Gaillard!
Lol, that's funny. So true
yes
holy fuck.. YES!!!
Carlos has had that trick since he was 14? Insane.
Carlos Lastra NKA vids, Cthulhu is a beast
well hes only 17 now so not that long ago
@@gello8518 wait, what? Holy shit. Does he not go to school or something?

I love Carlos, such a cool guy. Johnny as well, two of the nicest people who skate.

Invite Carlos to Switzerland and make a series of vids together?
So refreshing to see videos from the Braille house that are actually well shot and just skating ^^

theblackknightism but usually they’re dicking around and not skating much
Carlos looked so stressed here , you can see it in his eyes I’m glad he decided to pursue his personal health over the work
This definitely one one of my favourite Rodney Mullen tricks. The whole jump into the impossible looks so amazing.
Carlos explains things very very well, he has amazing didactics.
Danilo Pinheiro - Drummer true ❤️
I remember watching Rodney do it on the yellow banks in the tony hawk game Video clips
nice 360 shoves, Carlos. lol

Joe Burns i would love to be there more often 🙏🏼😌
Thanks for hanging with the Braille crew Jonny! Love the colabs! Keep them coming!!!
I appreciate how Jonny makes sure that the trick is perfect, no toe touch, no 90 revert, just a full complete trick. 👍🏼

This video made my day! Two favorite modern skaters doing tricks from the skate GOD!
I wish I had a Carlos and Johnny giving me advice all day long on everything in life
I watch all his videos just to hear him say "Rodney Mullen". :)
Carlos is the best at braille hands down, that being said those were some sad impossibles in the beginning those were more like shuvs
Idk, it's pretty close between him and the McNugget.
“yeah i can do them switch”
“that was my first switch impossible ever” lmfaooo
didn't he say he did 1 switch before, and it was his first ever fakie impossible?

My favorite 2 no bullshit, skilled, good vibes, wholesome skateboarders together. Loving it.
That's one of the most aesthetic trick of that video, in my opinion. Keep promoting kindness, and good skate, thank you.
Carlos is crazy good, but his impossibles are 360 shove its
There not
Philip Papaila an impossible is the scoop and you foot rotating your board I’d call those impossible but kinda bad ones
Yeah on some of them i was thinking the same thing
Yeah some were close but Johnnys are way better looking proper impossibles on flat
Carlos invented a new hybrid 360 shov impossible
Carlos I hope your face heals with no scars man... love your videos
Scars are cool
Does he has psoriasis?
@@spydergs07 hes got aids i think.
You’ve gotta teach Carlos a trick now I reckon. Maybe a Giger flip or something like that.

Lastra is so underrated... le Giger... well. He delivers. Every freakin time. I like this couple.
Every single go by Carlos looked like a 360 shov.
Carlos is just such a great teacher.
Giger's videos are always so chill and relaxed. Braille's are crazy lol. this was an interesting dynamic.
My favorite Rodney Mullen trick, always wondered how it is done.

Great seeing you two skate
Best duo out right now
Chris Evans 👬😂
I knew an awesome ditch skater who had that trick, and he said the same thing Carlos said--that it's easier to do on a steeper bank.
hi, can someone tell me please what happened to Carlos cheek? 0:30
He ate it hard in the dumpster video
Well done Jonny. That Globe trick is so iconic and you got it. Great stuff.
Carlos and Jonny together.....Yus!!!
Can we get a game of anything counts skateboard with you two thx
Does anyone know what happened to the left side of Carlos’ face?!
I came to the comments hoping someone would know...
Face slide probably 😅 ...sorry not funny or maybe yes?
Stress based allergic reaction,he said it on a recent video
I assumed acne medication, it fucks your face up pretty good before it fixes it
looks like psoriasis which can be triggered by stress and poor diet and many other things
one of the most beautiful Rodney signature tricks!!!
You're so similar to the guy who kidnapped TED the bear.
On the other hand, you are killing it, craaaazy technical skills bro!
Carlos was cheating the impossibles, it was closer to 360 shove it than impossible.
Exactly. Started to question whether I've ever done impossibles judging by how his looked
maybe the switch and the nollie ones but when he did the actual trick the video is about it was one clean as hell impossible
Was thinking the same thing lol his impossibles are ugly af
Mike Carroll would be proud

That underhook set up only works when I get set up slowly. I want to learn this trick but I also want it to look good.

Damn, the painted ramps look great!
This made me think of a photo spread in Thrasher Magazine from around 1987 with Rodney Mullen. It was titled, "Tricks you can't do." LOL
I could watch these 2 skate all day. Add Andy Anderson, and I can die a happy man.
Pop shoves and impossibles are similar but the thing is Carlos it has to wrap around the foot. Yall are totally awesome though
