I just made this pizza recipe, but used different toppings & my own tomato sauce with a top secret recipe :) . Anyway, it was one of the best pizzas my family ate! The crust was great, great, great! I've been struggling with pizza, never found the perfect amount of flour for the crust or the right temperature and time to bake it. Thank you!

MadNomadM You can make any bread crust crispy by spraying water into the oven during cooking, or putting a pan of water in the bottom of the oven. It’s the steam that makes the crust. 😊

I definitely prefer using raw tinned San Marzano DOP tomatoes mixed with a little olive oil and basil and around 1tsp of salt per 100g of tomatoes for the sauce. Super simple and absolutely delicious, not to mention authentic. Otherwise this looks great.

Nutritional yeast is totally different. It has a cheesy flavor and is used in things like pastas, cheesy sauces etc. It's a flaky texture and can't be used for this purpose. It doesn't help things rise.
This is a much healthier version of pizza considering there is no cheese, vegan or otherwise. I never even thought of not using cheese so I like this idea.

Looks scrumptious. I just pop a plate or board over my bowl to cut down on the plastic/cling film or glad wrap.
You can get reusable silicone stretchy covers now really cheaply on Amazon so you don't have to use cling film anymore. They are the business!

It’s what we call bread and pasta flour in the UK and Ireland - it has a higher gluten content than plain flour.
