This man really just played every single minute in a playoff game coming off a injury that usually ends people's careers, being guarded by a one of the toughest defenders in the league. He's been phenomenal and despite what he did in the past, we should all appreciate what we just witnessed. It was truly impressive.

Watching this almost emotional. Durant just got traded. My brother and I were at this game. We bonded a lot. Not much in common but both lifelong nets fans. Most incredible performance I have ever seen. We thought there would be a parade. But that night was the peak.

KD has been the best player in the NBA for a long time. As a Dubs fan, he gave us a number of masterpiece performances during the Dubs era.
KD is the greatest player in the world, until he gets doubled. HArden helped him out playing decoy. Last game KD looked lost getting trapped by 2 defenders. Now think about players like Luka and Curry getting 3 defenders sometimes because their teammates aren't Allstars. Say what u want, but if Harden didn't show up tonight, KD would've been trapped with bodies and blowing it.

Statistically it's one of the top 5 best playoff games ever played.
When you take into account it was against the eventual champs. With KD'd second and third best players hurt and an 18 point comeback it makes it even more factual.
His game 7 performance was also an all time great performance. Had he made a three pointer in that last shot he closes out that game with like 49/11/8/2/1 on 70/50/90 or something insane like that.
Unfortunately he didn't make that last shot and scored 48.
The overtime quarter was a horrible shooting quarter and he dropped his percentages.
Even with that horrible quarter he ended up with like 50/40/90 splits so it was still great.

Im a Cavs fan forever and i love seeing my former player Green do so well. I loved his story, work ethic and character. Hes the guy you want in the locker room. KD getting called a snake for years for changing teams never really made sense to me. my whole family comes from the Cleveland area and was sad when LeBron did the same thing but i never hated on another mans decision for changing jobs. I understand the emotional connection we have with our teams, but im glad KD had such a historic night with basically no harden and kyrie out. It really shows how much of a super star KD is by himself.
I love how ppl said he would be a shell of his former self after that injury. I’ve watched kd his whole career and this is the best game I’ve ever seen him play.

I was at this game. It was the first time I experience what a takeover feels like. Everybody else on the court doesn’t matter anymore. Every time he gets the ball you know he’s gonna score it.
