    This brought me to tears because this is my story.. I went vegan and plant based and felt like I had an entire new take on life then moved back to deal with a death in the family and started eating processed food here and there and eventually was so depressed I barely recognized who I was anymore. I am now cleansing and back on plant based and truly feel hope in life again. There is no supplement, essential oil or replacement in any kind for a plant based whole food diet.. whether you’re vegan or a local meat eater.. please be sure to eat a balanced fresh and living diet. Sprouts.. broccoli specifically.. mushrooms.. what this man said will literally give you LIFE. Don’t sleep on this folks 🙏🏽

      Or, you could eat beef, fish, eggs, so that you get all the bioavailable nutrients you need. Unfortunately, the vegan diet is better than the standard diet, but it is sadly lacking in nutrients humans need - B12, Omega 3, Vit A etc. Good luck with it - hope you are well.

      @@naomiklahn4623 nothing wrong with the vegan diet if done properly. Omega 3 comes from plants where the animals get it from. Flaxseed oil is 60% ALA omega 3 and we convert that to DHA as needed.
      B12 doesn't come from animals, it comes from the soil. Since most farmed animals are no longer pasture fed but raised in barns, they are supplemented B12. You can just cut out the middle man (and all of the negatives that come with it) and just supplement B12 yourself if you feel the need.
      Vitamin A is not an essential vitamin either, it's made in our bodies. We convert Beta Carotene to Vitamin A at a rate of around 5-10% so one half of a sweet potato contains 100% of the RDA of Vitamin A.

    Absolutely the best version of this information I have come across. Everyone is essentially saying the same thing, just a different delivery. Americans are all about faster this and faster that, Dinner will be ready in 5 minutes out of the microwave! Ok, so now you have more time for What?? Quality family time??? NOT! Running to extracurricular activities in minivans full of kids that ate processed mac n cheese and chicken nuggets? I'm going to make a laminated sign of Drew and this talk, with the link and put it on the back of my SUV, and sit in the parking lot at McD, so they can watch it while they wait for their so-called "food". The stats on the benefits to kids' brains alone is astounding. The prenatal period is equally as important. Kids don't have a choice in being born, if you're not going to take responsibility...keep your pants on!

    WAs on over the counter acne medication for years and it never worked. I saw a video with very little views where someone suggested to stop eating dairy.. I asked my doctor and she said that it's not true and food doesn't have an impact on that. She suggested some other medications. I said no thank you, and instead chose to stop eating dairy. That acne that I once had, that no medication could cure, is now gone because I simply stopped consuming dairy. And I don't miss it. Besides pizza.

      in schools, in our kitchens, petition out soft drink machines, rearrange the North American idea of sugars over fats,...but first temper marketing that tells us different. Change is not going to come without hard work and blood. I love these talks but they r as meaningless to over 70% of the population who needs it most right now as they were to them in the 1920s. We r not getting any better as a human race. We r just becoming more divisive at making money. With the multi-trillion industry geared to our self-empowerment churches, yoga, gym, meditation etc., how come passive-aggression has grown to 86% and continues to grow? We cheat. We cheat ourselves and our loves ones continually.

    agree in general, but there is a lot of research saying that animal products are not good for you (not mention the environment), they do increase dementia etc.and don't help our brains at all! And most of the fat in fish is just empty calories and chemicals. Eat natural food? Well, meat and fish are highly processed! Take one step farther if you really want to change something and feel better, lighter and happier! Seriously! :)

    • @Altamisal
      @Altamisal 9 ปีที่แล้ว +6

      I am curious how you came to the conclusion that meat and fish are highly processed. Cheetos are highly processed, as are Twinkies. can you explain to me how "meat" is comparable to those edible conglomerate chemicals?

    • @Personnenenparle
      @Personnenenparle 6 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      meat is highly processed nutrients made by plants.
      animals dont make any nutrients that you need to eat, plants does, animals filter it... but this filter isnt designed to make you healthy, as your body is designed to get its nutrients from low protein, low fat sources like plants.
      because your body is designed to eat a freaking lot of fruits, vegetables and nuts, so it gets all its vitamins and minerals before it reach the maximum fat and protein it can andle.

    • @ebrelus7687
      @ebrelus7687 5 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      Maybe you read the wrong research... It is not. He said grass-fed natural animal products. Not food on chemical steroids. Not eating meat will bring you dementia faster then you could expect. Brain loves animal fats - there are compelte diets basicly being eating fats as a 90% of diet. Check up how ketones help brain function properly. If you buy fresh meat and fish - how processed it is? What a bunch on nonsense.

    I do not eat meat or dairy (cows calves are taken as soon as they are born which makes the momma emotionally distraught for weeks) due to cruelty to animals but found that clams are not raised inhumanely. I also buy free range eggs which are worth the extra costs for the sake of the hens. The first page of Genesis says God gave us all green plants to eat. God intended for us to be vegetarians. To those of you who say "Yeh, but God later said we could eat meat!" So long as you want to remain out of the garden and with the fallen. Soon brain scientists will begin classifying our behaviors as a result of what we have eaten and discover meat eaters are most eager to control and dominate others as well as demand praise (ego maniacs) for their meager accomplishments.
