Thanks for the video. I am creating a Sudoku book on BookBolt and am having a problem with placing more than one of the Bookbolt Sudoku puzzle solutions on one page. Ideally, I would like to have 4 of the individual puzzle solutions on one page, just to make the book more economical. I haven't figured that out yet. Do you know how I could do that? Support just told me that I could edit the contents of the solutions, but that was zero help. Thank you.
Glad it was helpful! Yes, you can add more than one solution per page, it will be a little more work but doable, after making all the puzzles, cut and paste the solutions on a page, I was able to put 9 solutions on one page, then you would delete the page that had the single solution on it because it will now be a blank page because you "cut" and pasted that solution onto a page with other solutuions. I made each solution 3x3 inches so 9 would fit on one page. Just make sure you keep them in order. Just curious, how many pages did you have to make it cost more?
@@FarmhouseBC Well, I'm making a puzzle book with 150 puzzles. But I just don't want the book to be over 300 pages with half of those being the solutions. I'm sure of the additional cost actually of having all those pages, but I 'm certain it would cost more to have the 300 pages instead of, say, 175. But thanks for your video, I appreciate any and all help I can get.
@@mellowmoods8393 it’s a good idea, it can be done, cut and paste. Yes, it’s a little work, but I agree in the long run, it makes sense and it does look better with several solutions on one page, thus saving a lot of paper and money. It’s easy if you don’t mind a little work. 🙂
So if I want to make a book with 500 puzzles, I would have to make 1000 pages, which is not really optimized. Their software is not really finished, and I can't imagine copying and pasting 500 solutions one by one to fit them onto a page. It's completely ridiculous and a waste of time. I don't understand what their developers were thinking.👎
I agree-I like to make them look as if I would buy them and if I don't change them in Canva, I'm not putting my name on it. I haven't made anymore because of all the work to make it look not like a Dollar Tree one. Book Bolt will give you the solutions to their puzzles, I just opt to make them look better, you don't have to go the extra 10 miles like I do. I am not sure anyone does, but it matters to me the way the puzzles look. Tnanks for taking the time to comment :)
Woot! Woot!
