Jelly...bubba you are awesome as shit....you should have bunny do another interview with chelsea lynn...aka trailer trash tammy hahah I love that woman funny as shit
Much respect! Beauty risen from ash. Definitely a beautiful story. To rise above and fight every obstacle put in front of you takes strength, courage, determination and passion. You and Bunny both doing the damn thing!
@@douglasroush6902 now,, THAT would be a great idea! Bunnie could be like her baby sister, , or country cousin. I can see Tammy teaching👯 Bun the majestic hair toss😂 On some real sh*t tho,,, the podcast was amazing. The chemistry between you made this interview seamless and a pleasure to listen to. Jelly asking the tough questions inquiring minds want to know...really enjoyed this. This was some raw emotion Ms.Bunnie,, some real deep shit. Thank you for your depth and honesty
I absolutely love how Jellys voice softens when he is discussing sensitive subjects with Bunnie about her past and mental health. That is love. The way she looks at him is like her own protective bear daddy. Surviving for them both has built a true foundation. God bless you both
Jelly bringing up Bunnies past abusive relationship, is so powerful. As a woman, seeing a loving man support their wife through all that trauma is something I think every abused woman should see. This is what love is about ❤️💪
My wife had an abusive ex and I was able to show her how a real man treats his goddess !!! All women should be treated like a queen especially when you love them with all your heart!!
I just wanted y’all to know I’m a 72 year old straight box woman, and I find y’all very refreshing. You seem very sincere and honest about coming to this point in your life. And if I was someone had been abused and scared just listening to bunny would give me hope, prayers for your both to continue and your contributions❣️
This podcast has so much to offer to young people who are drowning in addiction and depression and no light at the end of the tunnel. I’m 58 years old, I’ve never watched or listened to a podcast more than 10 minutes but hearing about Bunny’s life and how she moved forward and thrived is so uplifting and helpful. For victims of domestic violence, there the promise and and push towards regaining themselves. I made sure I sent a link for both of my grown daughters. Bunny and Jelly you two are good people and good hearts. Please don’t ever change. You are a light in the dark. You give people hope.
I like watching podcast for they have information about a person. Watching this podcast was lightning about domestic violence. This one gives light to those that are suffering from depression and addiction. JELLY ROLL YOU ARE REAL and you telling it like it is. 💕💕 THANK YOU JELLY ROLL FOR YOUR INSIGHT AND AMAZING SINGING 💕💕
I first heard Jelly Roll n Struggle Jennings with my bf who was struggling with full addiction to meth. He didn't survive his demons. 😥 Jelly Roll and Chris Stapleton were my go too's after his suicide. Ty so much. Music brings so much healing when you can't put the words together and a song hits it spot on!❤❤❤❤❤
I swear on my life, when Jelly and Bunnie started talking about abuse and how to get past it, it seemed like they were talking to me personally. This why I love the both of them so much.
You can literally feel the love that Jelly has for Bunnie just in the way he speaks to her. So loving and supportive! You guys have such a beautiful marriage! Love seeing Jelly get a chance to ask you questions. He did it with so much love and compassion and he shows his genuine interest in her every word!
That was totally awesome. I enjoyed every min of this pod cast and I absolutely cannot believe that bunnies is nervous . But u didn't show it however u said it enough times that I believe u and jelly roll made you feel more comfortable than anything but yall did great and exit plan is the key to getting through the hard times
I am a 70 yrs old mother and I LOVE YOU BOTH SO MUCH! Bunnie you are a younger version of me and Jelly you have a gift to share your story through music that SO MANY OF US can relate to. I hope you both know how much you have helped others with your music and your podcast. I love you and will continue to follow you both as long as I can.
61 here and thanks to geo a friend from the lowest part of my life just 2 short years ago introduced me to jelly roll and his music sitting around he said hey listen to this guy and it was son of a sinner I instantly said omg this dude is awesome I was hooked right then n there I recently pre ordered the beautifully broken cd love love it as I'm a recent widow it resonates so much keeps me keeping on thanks jelly and bunnie ❤
Wow!!! The love these two have for each other is BEAUTIFUL! Thank you Bunnie for sharing your story as well. I have been in the same situation as you. But my ex was a narcissist & I am still dealing with the mind fuck he put me through. This healing process has been going on for 10 years now & I'm still trying to heal from the hell he put me through. Thank you for being a beacon for us all. Jelly you are such an AMAZING story teller with your own story. The inspiration of your music is also a beacon for those who have struggled with their demons. I lost both my brother & cousin because of their own struggles. I wish they were alive to hear your music, maybe they would have pushed through. Love you both & thank you both for being an inspiration to us all.
I know this podcast is 3 years old but it's definitely one of the absolutely most amazing interviews I've ever watched. It made me laugh, cry, and pull my chair up for more! Bunnie you are a strong smart and very intelligent woman! I love you both and Jayy is a wonderful man you definitely deserve
Thank you for being so honest about your story! Five years ago my very mentally and emotionally abusive husband died and i went into such a deep depression that i am just now trying to pull myself out of. I isolated myself from everybody in my life, including my family. I am now married to a great guy who treats me the way a woman should be treated. The two of you are so inspirational in your honesty with each other. I may never see jelly roll in concert because of my anxiety around crowds, but i am a fan for life of both of you.
You both are so fucking real, I love it. Both of you help me on so many levels. The dick I'm married to now built me up and then dropped me like a glass globe....It shattered me and I still have not healed. I've been homeless for 2 years living on the streets, lost everything even my truck, my pup.. Thank God I got her back..kinda got off track.. Thanks for your story and the honesty...Blessed Be..MUCH LOVE
"You have to feel it to Heal it" So much respect for you Bunnie and Jelly! The world is yours, you can have anything you want, dream big! Thank you for being beautiful humans and sharing your story with us. So much love for you both. ❤❤❤❤
The comfort between you two about such uncomfortable topics is something special, everyone appreciates the open-ness on such a big platform, it can help a lot of people. Keep the podcast coming beautiful!
I loved this and was in tears. My abuse came from a narcissistic mother and I broke free. No contact. Several trips to prison and now free from that. I have an awesome husband that trusted me and gave me a chance. I have my little Yorkie furbaby and living a life that I never dreamed of because I didn't know such happiness existed. Bunnie and Jelly Roll are such an inspiration to me. Love y'all!
Love this! These two together are amazing. Jelly should have his own pod cast too. He doe such good interviews himself but equally as well being the interviewer.
You guys are the realest people. Bunny I want to state that you are 100% correct about trauma catching up to you. I've been in therapy for a year now, and I'm doing better, it only took me 16 years to figure out I needed something. But I also had an awkward therapist the first time ( I was 20 then), that made me not seek the help I needed. I was not in an abusive relationship, but had to take my son off life support when he was 3 weeks old. I was 19, and in no way able to deal. I ran, I built my walls so high, and became someone my husband didn't recognize. I hope this video helps others. You truly are amazing!
I have heard of Bunny thru Jelly's interviews, and he always talks about how she's such a cool person. I came across her podcast and started listening, and I gotta agree. She's as real as they come. She's not just a pretty face, she has a story, a rather colorful one, but it's one of hardship and triumph and everything in between and it's relatable. I appreciate her openness & honesty bc it's not easy to put your shit out there for all to critique, ppl are assholes, but ppl are also good and I hope she gets more positive than negative feedback. She will be a blessing to those who are struggling bc she's struggled. I find her uplifting and funny and I look forward to learning more about her and from her.
Thank you for sharing your story. I came across this today and after hearing some of your other podcasts I decided to listen to it. To my surprise it was exactly what I needed to hear today. For the last 4 years I have been fighting what felt like a losing battle at times. 4 years ago almost 5 I became addicted to meth after losing my parents. I was also in a very mentally and emotionally abusive relationship. I got sober in October of 2019 at the same time that I left my now ex husband. I have been trying to heal from everything for a long time and feeling comfortable enough to now put myself back in the dating world it has made me question a lot of things. Listening to y'all today had given me hope when I really needed it. I recently met a very nice man who is the opposite of anyone I have ever been with yet from the moment I met him I knew there was something what I'm not sure. Bunny hearing your story today and hearing you say what you did about healing after trauma really gave me hope that all I have done over the last 4 and a half years hasn't been for nothing. That I have been healing and growing I'm just not done yet. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
Sadly, I was one who tried to figure out what made you both be together. After watching listening to both of you, I figured out you both are incredible together. I love your true grit, honesty. I wish I could have been more honest about my horrific past, like Bunny. Instead, for the last almost 9 years of my life, I never unpacked my things out of the boxes that I stored in the closet of man's house. I was terrified of being thrown away like all the toxic relationships that I had been in. My man and I have been together for 14 years now, and I have been unpacked for five years now. I am still working to be better, so I can help my son and grand-angels
This podcast grabbed me right by the heart. I have been there and dealt with physical and mental abuse. It’s something that’s always in the back of my mind. I still today flinch if someone raises their hand around me. The last time it happened he pistol whipped me. I finally left. Thanks Bunnie for being so honest. You guys are so awesome.
I’m not a person who likes bad language, but I really wanted to hear about the real you . I’m a southern grandma, who can relate a bit with you .PTL you got away from that man, who abused you . I grew up in that kind of home , until he killed my mom at age 12.I like to say that,” I graduated from the school of hard knocks “, and so did you . Like you ,I wish things were different about my childhood, but I’m who I am , because of it . Please keep encouraging women to get away from abusive men. It is a calling .Its hard for me to talk about , but God has put people in my path , that I shared with .When you plant seeds of goodness and faith , they grow. Hi, S.C.I love Jelly Rolls music .I relate with it , more than i can say . ❤
I came across this. I’m 55 years old. I’ve been physically, verbally, emotionally abused and “mindfucked”(I totally understand what that word means) my entire life! I’m also a recovering addict.I met my wonderful husband 6 years ago. I have a therapist. I’m still traumatized by my past. I can’t thank you enough for all your advice on here. I’ve also been in a hospital saying I feel like I’m going crazy. it’s trauma. I don’t really have a lot of friends, and listening to your story was sooo beneficial! So THANK YOU ❤
I'm sorry to hear that you went through so much ,to be honest at the time my ex husband was beating me I didn't want to admit that I was a battered person but boy was I and I don't know how I got through it alone except for my boys being there to keep me from falling into the blackness that people hide in like I did embarrassment pushed me away from everyone. I'm glad to hear you found someone.
I'm sorry to you and anyone else that has went, or is currently going through that. I'm going through it now and he's also financially abusive. I WILL be happy one day.
You are an inspiration bunnie. I can relate to so many things you talk about. I currently struggle with PTSD from a lifetime of abusive relationships and it feels good to know there's other women that dealt with the same things. Thanks for telling your story it helps so much you don't even know ❤
Thank you Bunnie - when I first stumbled across Jelly Roll (shout out to my daughter, Haley Nicole for enlightening me) I was really struggling with alot of things. Then I learned who his beautiful wife was and I remember I felt such a rush because if she can pull them herself from a dark place and find true "REAL" LOVE, I can too. I have been hooked ever since. Everytime I see you smile after everything you have been through, it motivates me to do better. Yes, I will admit, I was one of the many woman on TikTok watching you clean out your closet and drooling a little because of the size of your closets but when you did a massive clean out and just gave things away, my heart about burst. I have never seen your Podcast (mainly because I don't know where to find podcasts, in general) but I promise, no I give you my word (because if you don't have your word, you are nothing) that I will learn how to find the "DUMB BLONDE" podcast and listen to them. But in all seriousness, Bunnie, you are amazing person, your beauty is not just skin deep, it shows in your determination to inspire your daughter. Your honesty is met with integrity and that is an important quality to possess!!! Thank you for being an inspiration to millions of individuals out here just trying to make it through the day without using or harming themselves. But most importantly, Thank you from the bottom of my heart for being a bright spot in my usually dark world. Please thank your very talented husband to for being a little something my daughter and I can share and remember fond memories of her enlightening me to great music and me enlightening her on how you say "Waylon" - I appreciate you both!!! P.S. You are doing a fabulous job raising your adorable daughter to respect herself and truly love herself!!! With much respect and admiration, Lawrene Reynolds
I know people love you Miss Bunnie, I had no idea your were this incredible woman. I’ve only seen you as beautiful and smart and compassionate. Now I’m going to make 2 of my friends who have come from VERY abusive marriages listen to this entire podcast. Thank you for being so brave to talk about the abuse to strangers. God bless you. God bless you J for asking the tough questions !❤❤
Im also a survivor. Spent 13 years in that hell. At first it was verbal/mental abuse then the last 5 & a half years were physical until one day i woke up and stood up for myself. Ill admit, i got a little violent with him or actually the floor lamp got violent. But he let me leave. Me and my daughter 12 at the time, started life over.. now im over independent and cold to an extent. Im 61 now & im ok after 30 years.
I was abused for 17 years and I am out but was ashamed or embarrassed or did want someone to worry about me. I am free now. Thank you for sharing who you are for real.
Excellent advice!! The longer I watch this , the more I'm entranced. Domestic violence still carries a stigma. It shouldn't. Having ppl like you being so completely open about it will help God only knows how many people. Tysm for sharing ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️
It's cool to see you two interact like this. The guy with 5 or 6 Therapeutic albums saying he "isn't a Therapist " had me dying though. Alot of us have paid for therapy with him and when we couldn't afford it we'd bootleg a session.
I just wanted to say that this has helped me in so many ways. I was a victim of physical, mental and sexual abuse and now I feel like I can finally finish healing. Thank you for all you do bunnie you are my role model ❣️💯
The support you two show to each other is BEAUTIFUL. The complement Jelly gave of you were called to help people. I think is spot on. Hope you two have many more years of happiness with each other!
I want to tell you both how proud I am of you. There is no doubt in my mind that you both signed up for this life to help others no matter how hard the journey has been. Please keep being real because there are so many lost souls who so desperately need your story of hope. Love you both. ❤
I just want to say thank you for being who you are. Real about about life. Real about the struggles. I've listened to the podcasts. Your music helps me motivate every day. I was in a toxic relationship that broke me. Pushed me into depression and suicide.. I'm starting to learn to live again! Thank you!!
I love this, I've been there and this is exactly why I've decided to go back to school at 41 to get into social work so I can help others who are in these situations and are hurting and afraid. I can't wait to graduate in 18 months so I can get into helping others. You are beautiful and You and J are awesome!!!
I love how real and down to earth you two are. It's so refreshing, and the fact that yall talk about real things that you've gone through is awesome! It helps to know that the struggles we all face aren't just our struggles and that someone else can relate.
This just popped up in my feed as I was scrolling and I’m so thankful that I took the time to listen to this! To say it hit home would be an understatement, I just turned 60 in February and grew up with alcoholic parents, and I took a walk on the wild side most of my life from one abusive relationship to the next, because I thought I needed someone in my life. I’ve been single for right at 20 years now because I realized, I don’t have to take it and I am enough…but it took near death experiences for me to come to this realization. Thanks for being so open and honest and telling it like it is. Our pasts are our testimonies and they need to be heard and shared, cause we might could save just one person, if they hear our stories🥰y’all keep doing y’all
As a woman from abusive relationships, only bc all I know of love is either sex or abuse, just hearing how far you've come, I want to say I'm so glad your here today . Keep your head up girl, u will heal all the way one day. Keep ur faith. Much love and remember the kindest people have been in hell and knows how it feels so they would never do that to another human being.....u rock fr!❤
I'm so glad you were able to talk about your life. Some people don't feel their abuse was "bad enough" to talk about and others go through things so bad that they are afraid to talk about it but in the end, abuse is abuse and if it had an impact on your life then it's enough to talk about. Jelly, you stopped yourself when you started to say "it made you who you are" instead you said, " you came out of it a beautiful person" THAT!! That right there is what people need to hear. All my life I said "it made me who I am" well who I was wasn't great. I want to be better than what the abuse made me. I want people to be able to say, "you came out of it a beautiful person". I just published my first book about the abuse I experienced as a child and how it affected me throughout my life. I did this in hopes of helping others see the signs in their children and for adults to see that there is life after what seems like the worse thing in your life. After my daughter read my book, she introduced me to this podcast and thought it would help me with some of my struggles. I'm glad she did. Though your story isn't exactly the same as mine, it is very similar in a lot of ways and I'm glad finding each other gave you the strength you needed to both heal from and talk about your experiences. It was my husband who did that for me as well. Congratulations on the success you both have achieved, stay humble and keep loving each other.
I have had a rough life myself. I lived in a house with a hoarder, had roaches falling from the ceiling in the middle of the night. Had to cat hair in all the food my mom cooked. Was picked on for being skinny (because I wouldn't eat at home), always came home crying from school. Was in a really physically and mentally abusive relationship with my ex husband. I was beaten when I was pregnant. I was married for 8 months. Went into the military a few months after the divorce. Became an alcoholic, drinking six days a week until I was black out drunk. Was stripping off and on for years. Was an escort for a few years. That's just brushing the border of it. Through it all I graduated with my Associates and Bachelor's degree. Really would like to have a sex talk show like Sue Johanson. You are goals ♥️ I wish I can have a show like yours. Keep spreading the love. You are not alone.
Thank you for sharing your experience about being in an abusive relationship, girl I feel you. My ex would choke me out and leave bruises all over my body. I was always wayyyy to scared to leave, because of his threats. One day he almost killed me, ran me down with a car, and then proceeded to drag me into it. Since I was already in shock, every punch he threw, I couldn't block my face, he cracked my eye socket, broken nose, covered in road rash, fractured ankle, broken teeth, among other injuries. That was true night before Valentine's day in 2014, he broke my phone so I couldn't call for help. I needed medical attention and he wouldnt call or let me get it. The only thing he said to me the next morning before leaving for work is that if I called the police, he would bond out of jail and kill me, that no matter where I went he would find me, kill me and my parents. So i kept my mouth shut. I was so broken inside, I did get away, but had up completely relocate, he would not stop stalking me and threatening my life! He still tries to contact me, and I hate him so much! It's been almost 6 years, I still struggle with PTSD, anxiety, depression, but I've helped my friends get out of abusive relationships to. Abuse isn't just physical, it's mental, and emotional. It takes a lot of courage to share. I admire you for opening up, you have the power to reach other women and men still trapped, or in recovery. I too, learned so much from this journey. I think your strong, wonderful, and beautiful. Inspiration girl! Jelly, thank you for being a man! It takes someone special to be there for someone who is picking up the pieces after being seriously abused. Reminds me of my fiance, we actually grew up down the street from each other and have known each other all our lives. Without his patience, love, and respect, I don't know where I would be today. Thank you guys so much!
I am so glad I watched this!! So proud of you both. I'm 62 yes old and I heard Save me about a year ago and said I have to see who this guy is. I could relate to that song and I fell in love with his music and because of that I needed to know more. I have a similar story, dysfunction, abuse.......I m glad I watched. You are both so genuine and real. In this fucked up world its hard to find that. I grew up with the best music and have been to many concerts of some pretty cool people but never did I ever feel like I would love to meet that person. Until now, thanks for being you both of you. I turned my life around and broke the cycle and you both touch people in the same boat. I'm glad I found you both and only wish you the best. Hugs to you both and God bless!!
Scrolling TH-cam three days ago, came across Jelly Roll singing. I have watched so much put out by both you & Bunny. Can't get enough of you two. Two AUTHENTIC AF PEOPLE in a world of no reality. Just WOW!! What you two give of yourself is just mind blowing!! XO❤
Thanks to the both of you. You give me hope that there is someone out there meant for me. I thought I'd met him. I felt the same way Bunnie did. He was so not my type. He came from a rough background but so did I. We were both raised in abusive alcohol and drug addicted environments. He was more rough around the edges. He was 6'7'' and over 300lbs. My gentle giant. I told him that I didn't care about his past. I cared about who he was today and who he was going to be in the future. Like you said Bunnie, everything just fit, it felt right. I'd never felt that comfortable with anyone so quickly. The early afternoon of July 1st 2021, I was leaving his house to go to work. Police swarmed the driveway. Tiny (Brandon) ended up in a police standoff in Spotsylvania Virginia. He took his own life after the police caught the home he was in on fire. I witnessed the bully like behavior of people sworn to protect and serve as they attempted to burn him out of his home. They acted no better than any street gang. Something was taken from me that night. An Innocence was lost. I watched the house burn and heard the shot Brandon fired upon himself taking his own life. Not 1 officer attempted to extinguish the fire. Tinys body burned all night alongside my truck. I'd ask several times throughout the day to move the truck. I was told I could not. My truck was not moved until the next day by a police officer. Never was it searched or to my knowledge thought to be evidence. I watched the House burn all night. Tinys body was removed the next day and an officer drove my truck to me in the next driveway. It was a 2008 Chevy Avalanche. My baby. My truck is melted. The police refuse to accept accountability therefore refusing to pay for the repairs.. As it sits it is a constant reminder of my gentle giant. I miss him horribly. I love seeing you guys so happy. I like to imagine if Tiny were still here we would be that way as well. Everyone has a story. Thank you for sharing yours so honestly.
Im sorry you're going thru this. I apologize on behalf of all men that would never hurt a woman or child. They embarrass us men that want to be seen as loving protectors that adore our women. There are plenty of ways to get out and IMO there's no excuse for u having to be hurt mentally or physically. There's resources that will help u along the way. How r u guys doing nowadays? I prayed for u. Plz update when u can
You are exactly right that like a grieving process you have to feel all the emotions that can come up even years later!!! Bunny God will for sure give you a ministry for so much you have overcome and many many woman and young girls are going through at different stages of it all!!!! ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤😮
Wow. Thanks for sharing your story. Undermining the severity of abuse is something my Mother is going through. The healing process is tough but it'll be so worth it in the end. Being able to have control over your anxiety and/or ptsd is priceless.
TOTALLY AGREE WITH YOU BUNNIE!!! When you know, you know. Especially when you've been through SOOO much in life already. I'm going through a very similar situation right now dealing with dv and I can't begin to tell you how much hearing your story is inspiring me!!!!! You have truly touched my heart and soul tonight . So much respect to both of you ❤️💪🏻
I love you both. I'm 61 I was in an abusive marriage 26. Thank you for telling your truth Bunny so many women need to hear this! My girls begged me to leave him but I didn't. It wasn't until my daughter's tragic deaths when something just clicked I had my lil grandson I was raising ND I didn't want him thinking it was ok to treat someone like that. I left with nothing nd never looked back. You keep doing you Bunny you freakin inspire me. I've been healing 9yrs now it messed me up. Loud noises raised voices would send me in major anxiety attacks. Sending Love & Light your way ❤
Sometimes i forget that someone else can have the same up bringing until you hear story's... windows nailed shut, bedroom door taken off the frame. And exactly as you said bunnie. Had I had a different life..I wouldn't be the bad ass I am today! ❤
I know this is 2 years old but it popped up on my feed and I was just inclined to click. I’ve follow both of you for a while now and I’m shocked I’ve never seen this before! Thank you Bunnie for sharing how you learned to deal with your trauma. Actually hearing someone get real about it, share the struggles you’ve had then picking up and going on really made me feel like I’m not alone. I’m so appreciative of you for this ❤ I really needed it today so thank you thank you thank you 🥰
Jelly said he is not a therapist, far from one.... but jelly has been my therapist for years now.... thanks again jelly and yes Bunnie you are wonderful and I'm so glad you and jelly found each other yall make each other so happy!!
I absolutely owe the 2 of you more than I can ever say. I started listening to jelly when I moved to Tennessee 3yrs ago to get off drugs. When I heard the 2 of you together it change my outlook on the shit ass relationship I'm in right now, I have noone to talk to because I am also a recovering meth addict. When my mom found out she told me she didn't have a daughter her daughter died and never come back on her property. The guy I'm with is abusive in every way , he choked me until I feel like I'm goin out. Last night he choked me and today I can barely talk. Anyways I will stop right now and just thank you both for this podcast it has given me hope. I am trying to find a job but live in bfe so need car just another thing holding me in a stuck situation. But at least I know there's hope.
I love how jelly sees the beauty on the inside, how hes been through so much pain he sees the beauty of yours and you see the beauty of his .. love it..
THANK YOU!!! You don't know how much this helped me listening to this. I've been thru it like you were Bunny, I got out with the help of my beautiful sister. But damn, you said it real, healing is hard and long and I don't know that it ever goes away. Grateful to be out, my sister says I have to be deprogrammed from the way I think with being in it for 12years with an abusive (in everyway- mental, emotional, financial, physical, the guilt trips, everything wrong was always my fault, disrespect, name calling, so selfish that he got mad if I spent time with my pre-teen daughter bc it was taking his time, talked horribly about me to everyone, lied everytime he opened his mouth, broke stuff, threw stuff at me, the biggest narcissist there is. You both are so beautiful and loving with each other. Thank you for sharing a piece of yourselves with us. God bless you both!! 💜💜
I have ptsd and a lot of anxiety problems from my 2nd marriage. My husband now is a wonderful man, but sometimes I still have problems from everything that has happened to me. Thank you for talking about the abuse that you had to go through because it let's us know we're not alone.
Thank you for using your platform to reach out to survivors. I hate you had to go through those tough times but I’m so glad you made it through. You are definitely a role model 🖤 it’s always a great thing to learn how others direct their energy after a trauma. Thanks for sharing with us
I think it’s amazing how J reminds you how your story may help those of us who haven’t healed. You two are definitely serving a purpose and thank you..❤
Thank you for allowing us to see you this vulnerable. Very apparent this was not easy for you but this one of the most honest interviews I’ve come across. Thank you ❤️❤️❤️
I just need to say thankyou Bunnie and Jelly. I found you at the start of this year when my abusive relationship ended and your story and jellys music has helped me get through this podcast made me ball my eyes out because the last few weeks those big emotions have come to rear its ugly head again and I've been struggling. This gives me so much hope for a bright future for me and my babies ❤❤❤❤❤
Man I support anything that has to do with jelly! He’s my dude and got me thru so much shit with his music or videos or interviews have helped me thru dark times! Bunny remind me of my girl and y’all relationship is so much like me and my girls relationship. I love y’all and keep it up! I love what y’all do an how real and open y’all are!
I have no idea when this podcast was made, but I totally appreciate it. Your relationship is what it is because you accept each other without fear. Your physical relationship is so strong because acceptance takes out the fear. I hid in a bottle all the fear of acceptance and the fear of rejection so I didn't have to feel it. Didn't have to deal with it. I was 20yrs sober before I allowed another man in my life and let me tell ya, I had no idea how to deal with sharing my life. I had to have everything in my name, everything had to be about me.....I was so afraid that one day I'd turn around and find that I'd been taking such good care of him and not realize that I wasn't important anymore - again. I thank you both for not changing who you are to get to where you were going. I'm sure I could go on into nausea. Thanks again, bless you
Love you both! I love it that I can relate to your stories and where you came from and what you’ve been through I just turned 60 and I’m still trying to channel the addiction and everything else I went through in my lifetime and do something positive and to help others I recently got my bachelors degree in criminal justice correctional support services with a heavy concentration of substance-abuse counseling and mental health counseling And with the love of my life I divorced him and I was away from him for 13 years and we’ve been back together three this is the father to my only child and now we’re just trying to settle in and be happy and be good people and then you and your wife Just kind of came into our lives and we listen to your music we watch the podcast. What can we say? Keep on keeping on and doing what you’re doing I get a lot out of it to see somebody who went through everything that you did in prison and still come out and you’re right bunny I always try to be the best person I can be no matter what I go through, by the way, this is Ms Kitty Jackson
Bunnies podcast is my latest obsession. Just come across this one tonight and I love it !! Explains so much. Y’all seem to be a perfect genuine couple. Both of you have helped me tremendously. I’m a SAHM with 5 kids! With PPD since my 3 mo old. Y’all are like a healthy escape, inspiring, and relatable stuff. Bunnies podcast and Jelly’s music. Thank you for being so real and sharing! My kind of people ❤😊
I admire you both. Bunnie, your story has so many downfalls that you turned into fuel for life. You exude the soul of a survivor. Thank you for sharing, it allows us that are afraid to share what we've been through to open that door.
I loved watching y'all!! One of my fav couples! Thank you Bunnie for going in depth for the ladies in turmoil, we do survive and heal it just takes time. Keep doing what your doing boo.
I needed this! I am so broken and have been since i left him last year. I AM that woman that was watching and needing to hear this! Its good to know that it does get better, but its also so hurtful to think of a human being so hurtful. Im 45 and have never seen, felt and been thru such horrible things. Pray for me, Bunni and Jelly. Please. All im doing is coping...everyday. * AND God belss you both. 🫶🏽😇🙏🏼It makes my heart smile to see people on my same level, doing so well, after life struggles. You both are so grounded and real. I just love you. Powerful...i just realized how old this video is! It's STILL making a difference! I know this because it just touched me, and brought me to tears.
I just loved this interview. I love how real and raw you two are together. I think y’all were each others saving grace. Everyone looks at Bunnie and instantly assumes she’s a gold digger and they both definitely put that rumor out. They both had thier own and from this interview it is apparent that we’re meant to be together. Team J & Bunnie!! 🤍🤍🤍
I want to thank you for sharing at least a part of your story. The strength that you have presented to the world is boundless! Full respect for you and thank you again for sharing and giving a lot us hope! XOXO
Transparency and vulnerability. It so hard to share your darkest moments, however, you two have lived real life and you celebrate normal things that most people do not have that self awareness and understanding. I'm a licensed counselor. Thank you for promoting and normalize Therapy to go to for healing, growth, and connecting the abused part of who you were to weaving that person to the person you love and trust. I have been captivated by both of your stories and seeing how understandong and kind you both are after dealing with so much trauma.
This was so cool! You are the Ultimate bad ass woman bunnie! Thanks for sharing your story! Hearing about someone so legendary surviving through some of the awful shit life can throw at us, and seeing how you made your Own way through the chaos is beyond inspirational! Underdogs are chosen, and y'all both were definitely chosen to inspire/comfort anyone in your radius.
Just seeing this episode for the first time. I love you guys so much! Thank you for doing this. I know how hard it is to open up about traumatic times in your life, especially publicly. You are such a beacon of hope to others who are trying to find their way out of the darkness. I love watching this from 2 years ago and seeing where you are now with your podcast and your relationship. Proof that anything is possible if you just never lose hope and keep fighting. Love 🫶
So enjoyed the podcast. Domestic violence is so real it’s great you share your testimony and who knows how many lives are touched by it. Hopefully they take the step to get help.
I found my mom that left me when I was 4 online when I was 14! I searched and searched on myspace and one day I found her and my older brother. Found out on my own that I was much better off with just my dad. You're seriously my favorite I enjoy these podcasts from you!
What an awesome interview. I love the perfectly imperfect moments that reveal true life. No such thing as picture perfect - but picture perfect would be so boring. Love this! Can’t wait to see you both pave beautiful roads ahead.
You two are absolutely amazing in so many ways!! I have been sober almost 15 years and also believe my past made me the woman I am today. Keep on being you! I love youuuu
Hearing this for the first time ... This was put on my fyp for a reason. It's me.. I'm the woman who needed to hear this today. I'm the woman who just got out, who's permanently disfigured and u are a completely beautiful person, super Inspirational
Thank you for sharing your story! You have no idea how much it helps all of us who have been through similar situations. Not to mention you and Jelly are my new favorite couple!! A blind man could see the chemistry the two of you share. I can’t get enough!! We need more people like y’all in this world!! Just good, honest, take it or leave it type of folks ❤keep up the good work and fuck the haters 😘
This podcast has made me reflect on my life and how I have grown myself and where I still want to go. Bunnie, you are an inspiration and continue being the beautiful person you are.
I want you both to know that you both helped my fiancee and I through one of the hardest times in our lives we had been using for years and today we are nearly a year sober from all drugs and alcohol. Thank you for all that you do!!! You both are the most down to earth real honest ppl and we love that!!❤❤
Thank you both for being real in such a fake ass world. Your both an inspiration. And jelly everytime I get the urge to go back to using I plug your music into my TH-cam or Spotify or anything I listen to music on and I stay sober. 8yrs or more clean now (lost track of how long lol) I just love you both!
You guys are such a kick ass couple and awesome individuals!!! I'm late to the party.....but this hit so close to home with me. Especially when she talked about being in an abusive relationship. I literally got the shit beat out of me for years. I stayed in the relationship for years. I lost a child with this guy and that about destroyed me and made me feel worthless. Ive never dealt with any of the abuse or feelings. I just buried them. I carried the "damage" to every relationship. It has engulfed me with so much anger. It has recently destroyed my 8 year relationship. I finally pushed him away. Hes been gone over a week. I lost the best man ever. So I totally agree. I HAVE to find a way to deal with my anger and feelings of the abuse. I just wanted to take a quick minute and say thank you to you both for caring that people do get help and being a voice for the "under dogs". You guys are doing great things and you help A LOT of people, Bunnie, you with your podcast and Jelly Roll, you with your music (Save Me....is my song right now. It speaks to my soul. I listen to it every day with tears in my eyes because that is me right now. 😭😭). Thanks again. Sorry for writing a book as a damn comment. Just know your both appreciated. Much love to you both. 💜💜
Thank you 🙏 I just come across Bunnie’s Podcast, absolutely loved this session. You two are so amazing and REAL, thank you Jellyroll for asking the hard questions, because it helps. You two know I’m sure that when your at your darkest, your usually alone, and this is giving people hope and a view at what you can overcome with a lil hope in your life. Save me, is the song of this decade it means so much to everyone and for different reasons.. That’s when you know you have touched the world, by how many people of all types of life can listen and relate. You two are the real deal.
Came here because I saw a clip of Jelly Rolls testimony on fentanyl and I am super impressed with your guys openness. First time listening to your podcast was today and I've listened to 3 of them. You 2 are great. You both seem to really love each other. Congrats on your guys success!
Bunny you got me over here crying- your Resilience is so one to be admired- I went through heavy heavy heavy mindfuck mental abuse I was controlled I couldn’t even go to the store for five minutes without him calling me saying are you on the way back- like boy I didn’t even get in the store Yet!!! It was so crazy it was a five year relationship. That’s another story. I too was on medication prescribed that made me a zombie. And moment after like 40 days of being off it I was like BYE!!! My thinking was so surface level and then once I was free I became free. I am in a new relationship now and he reminds me of your husband. I love you and your husband‘s bond- I’m with this man I am with now I leave out nothing. He knows the truth about everything. And it’s so freeing- - - You really are inspirational and more importantly beautiful from the inside not just out. I just randomly came across you I don’t even know your husbands music but I’m gonna luck lol. Be well and thank you for being you. Also your husband’s awesome.
I would leave a thousand comments as I watch this. Very great to see the two of you like this. I am so proud of how far the both of you have come. ❤️ Hope to see another one of these with Jelly asking you questions!
Thank you for this show...I know exactly where she is coming from.girl you did great and your right everything that happens to us make us such a better person...much love girl keep it up . People are listening to you and changing there lifes
Thank you for your honesty and sincerity in your answers Bunny. Jelly is so sweet and loving toward you, and you can really tell he adores you! God has brought you both through the horrible times that you went through, and helped you find each other! Keep giving your testimony to help others, and remember that they are watching you as an example in all you do now. Thank you and God bless!
Thank you for diving deep with me on this one - I hope people can appreciate the beauty of your story as much as I do
Jelly...bubba you are awesome as shit....you should have bunny do another interview with chelsea lynn...aka trailer trash tammy hahah I love that woman funny as shit
You 2 are so wonderful, love you guys, great podcast Jelly.
I can see Tammy teaching👯 Bun the majestic hair toss😂
On some real sh*t tho,,, the podcast was amazing. The chemistry between you made this interview seamless and a pleasure to listen to. Jelly asking the tough questions inquiring minds want to know...really enjoyed this.
This was some raw emotion Ms.Bunnie,, some real deep shit. Thank you for your depth and honesty
You guys are such inspirations to me, Jelly your music hits home with me. Keep it up.
I absolutely love how Jellys voice softens when he is discussing sensitive subjects with Bunnie about her past and mental health. That is love. The way she looks at him is like her own protective bear daddy. Surviving for them both has built a true foundation. God bless you both
2:07 2:08 😢🎉😂❤😮😅😊
❤
Absolutely you can see the bond these two have for each other
Match made in Heaven 💫❤💙❤💫 raw but real
Just watched this. I'm new to Jelly and Bunnies world. Totally enjoying the rude. ❤
Jelly bringing up Bunnies past abusive relationship, is so powerful. As a woman, seeing a loving man support their wife through all that trauma is something I think every abused woman should see. This is what love is about ❤️💪
Truth!
🙏🥰🖤💌💅
It's seriously so special
I completely agree! It gives me hope.
What's a box woman
This podcast has so much to offer to young people who are drowning in addiction and depression and no light at the end of the tunnel. I’m 58 years old, I’ve never watched or listened to a podcast more than 10 minutes but hearing about Bunny’s life and how she moved forward and thrived is so uplifting and helpful. For victims of domestic violence, there the promise and and push towards regaining themselves. I made sure I sent a link for both of my grown daughters. Bunny and Jelly you two are good people and good hearts. Please don’t ever change. You are a light in the dark. You give people hope.
Amen
I like watching podcast for they have information about a person. Watching this podcast was lightning about domestic violence. This one gives light to those that are suffering from depression and addiction. JELLY ROLL YOU ARE REAL and you telling it like it is. 💕💕 THANK YOU JELLY ROLL FOR YOUR INSIGHT AND AMAZING SINGING 💕💕
I love this podcast with jelly asking you questions. Your the first and only podcast I listen to
23:40 Women waiting to heal so you can move on in life. Made me burst into tears. You're changed in ways you don't even realize. 😢 It's rough.
Yes
That was an amazing podcast! Empowering and just real; I love you guys!!
Happy for both of them
I love that she talks about feeling the anxiety doing the podcast even with him. Pushing through and doing the things is so important.
Jelly is hands down fucking hilarious and humble... y’all a force to be reckoned with. Proud for y’all
he's so classy he doesn't even like anal
@@jeramieshoe837 OMG 😂
I am a 70 yrs old mother and I LOVE YOU BOTH SO MUCH! Bunnie you are a younger version of me and Jelly you have a gift to share your story through music that SO MANY OF US can relate to. I hope you both know how much you have helped others with your music and your podcast. I love you and will continue to follow you both as long as I can.

Amen 67 year old here and I love these two!
This was the sweetest comment! ❤
Right!! They're the best!! Very fine, sweet, genuine, everyday people. Love, love, love, Jelly, Bunni and their family!
Best podcast on TH-cam!!
Couldn't say it better myself
Thank you for being so honest about your story! Five years ago my very mentally and emotionally abusive husband died and i went into such a deep depression that i am just now trying to pull myself out of. I isolated myself from everybody in my life, including my family. I am now married to a great guy who treats me the way a woman should be treated. The two of you are so inspirational in your honesty with each other. I may never see jelly roll in concert because of my anxiety around crowds, but i am a fan for life of both of you.
We are complete strangers, and it might seem weird, but I just wanted to say GO YOU!!! It will get better. ❤
So happy for you and that you are now in the committed loving relationship with out abuse! You Got This!!! You are loved by God!!!
@@lisabarcia7107 thank you so much!!
@@jenniferfuller2254 thank you so much!
Ditto!!
The comfort between you two about such uncomfortable topics is something special, everyone appreciates the open-ness on such a big platform, it can help a lot of people. Keep the podcast coming beautiful!
Great session. Your honestly is helping people out there
I loved this and was in tears. Love y'all!
Sending love and peace ✌🏾 ❤❤❤❤
This interview got to my heart. Bunnie, you'd be a good speaker to women out here. You'd help a lot of women! I mean this.
Jelly's questions are so damn good and it shows how much he loves her and I cant get over it
Sadly, I was one who tried to figure out what made you both be together.
Accountability is a mother f*cker. I’m proud of you for taking the steps.
Bunnie you are always gonna be the one I wish I could have been. Bless you!

You guys ain't underdogs.....you guys are real....like millions of us out here. Only you guys appreciate how much we care about you both. Thank you.
Exactly. They are us!!
They are the big dogs of underdogs.
Those floor lamps are mean. You look great, total ass kicker!
I was abused for 17 years and I am out but was ashamed or embarrassed or did want someone to worry about me. I am free now. Thank you for sharing who you are for real.

U Did It!!! 🫂💙💜💙💜
My dad abused my mom for years! I know that's why I haven't married yet or have any kids...I'm still healing 💜💙💜
Congrats on getting free and I'm happy your safe now and please go to counseling and deal with this abuse it the only way your gonna heal
I'm so glad your better now!

I can feel the love in this video. It’s giving me chills how much I felt the love you two have for each other .
Our pasts are our testimonies and they need to be heard and shared, cause we might could save just one person, if they hear our stories🥰y’all keep doing y’all
This is legit gold. Proud that you guys aren't ashamed of your past and will legit put it out there. Such a great couple!
I love how raw, vulnerable, and honest Bunnie is! I needed to hear this.
ME TOO!
Hope you're doing great in life now..
💛💛💛 hope you’re doing amazing now.
Thank you for posting this , I’m that girl , that’s listening , that’s there right now . Domestic abuse is so traumatizing . You’re an inspiration ❤
❤🎉
Ty so much
Iam to trying to figure out how to leave
James Forthman jelly keeps me straight when my mind goes black. Kept me out of jail more than a few times
Facts bro
I love how jelly sees the beauty on the inside, how hes been through so much pain he sees the beauty of yours and you see the beauty of his .. love it..
Jesus h Christ... Can I be in love with someone at first TH-cam site? Cause I am. Damn. You're beyond smoking hot
I am so glad you guys found each other. You both are such sweet souls. Thank you for sharing your truth with those of us who need to hear it.
Thank you ❤️❤️❤️
This shows me how true their ministry is together. I love this family
I absolutely love that you used the trauma and hurt to learn and grow with it vs. using it as an excuse and crutch. Such a beautiful soul.
I just need to say thankyou Bunnie and Jelly. I found you at the start of this year when my abusive relationship ended and your story and jellys music has helped me get through this podcast made me ball my eyes out because the last few weeks those big emotions have come to rear its ugly head again and I've been struggling. This gives me so much hope for a bright future for me and my babies
❤❤❤❤❤
Man I support anything that has to do with jelly! He’s my dude and got me thru so much shit with his music or videos or interviews have helped me thru dark times! Bunny remind me of my girl and y’all relationship is so much like me and my girls relationship. I love y’all and keep it up! I love what y’all do an how real and open y’all are!
Thank you so much for sharing Bunny. For those of us that struggle with any type of abuse, you are in inspiration
Thanks again, bless you
There are women who think BLINKER FLUID is real....
Bunnie, you are a warrior!!!
* AND
God belss you both.
This was absolutely amazing. The stories that you both have to tell are incredible. You Two are hands down my favorite dynamic duo. So much love ❤❤❤
You guys are great, you compliment one another. Any outsider should be able to see the love you have for each other. Keep up the great work!
Y'all have to be one of the dopest couples out there 😂💯🔥
This podcast has made me reflect on my life and how I have grown myself and where I still want to go.
