Is Nigeria Is Becoming an Islamic State?

  • Indonesia’s 231 million strong Muslim population makes the country 87 percent Muslim, Pakistan’s 200 million Muslims make it a whopping 96 percent Muslim, on the other hand India’s 195 million Muslims makes India 14 percent Muslim and ’s 153 million Muslims make it 90 percent Muslim. These are the top 4 largest Muslim countries in the world and you can see a trend, about two-thirds of the world’s Muslims live in the countries with the 10 largest Muslim populations, while only 48% of the world’s Christians live in the countries with the 10 largest Christian populations. An exception to that rule is Nigeria where no religion has claim to a significant majority, it has the 6th largest Christian population in the world at 95 million and also the world’s 5th largest Muslim population at 103 million, basically there are more Muslims in Nigeria than there are people in Saudi Arabia. While most Christians argue for separation of the Nigerian state from religion, most Muslims advocate the fusion of religion, the state and the law. So, is Nigeria becoming an Islamic state?

This is how Nigeria is split religiously - In 1963 Muslims were 47,2% based on the FALSIFIED census that gave Nigeria a highly inflated figure of 55 million at that time. And this is where the problem originated from and we (Nigerians) are not surprised. The reality is that Muslims are just a large minority in Nigeria. Of the 36 states in Nigeria, only TWELVE (12) are Muslim majority states - namely Kano, Katsina, Jigawa, Borno, Bauchi, Sokoto, Zamfara, Kebbi, Niger, Kwara, Gombe and Yobe states with 35.3% of the population based on the last census. Three states are evenly spilt between Christians and Muslims - namely Kaduna, Oyo and Osun states with 10.7% of the population while 21 states as well as the fedeal capital territory are Christian majority and these are Adamawa, Plateau, Taraba, Benue, Kogi, Nasarawa, Plateau. Ogun, Lagos, Ekiti, Ondo, Abia, Anambra, Ebonyi, Enugu, Imo, Akwa Ibom, Bayelsa, Cross River, Delta, Edo, Rivers, and of course Abuja and this covers about 54% of the population of the country based on the last census.
If places like Tanazaia and Eritrea can correct the misrepresentation of their their religious communities why is the World still foot dragging the reality in Nigeria? Where exactly in Nigeria are the Muslims so populated that would make them have over half of the population of Nigeria?
Of the over 200 ethnic groups in Nigeria, less than 20 are Muslim majority yet Muslims supposedly make up over half of the population. How does that make any sense?
It should however be noted that this problem originated from the colonial period. The colonizing power - the UK wanted at all cost the Muslims of the North to dominate the Nigerian state and the result was that the population of the far North (where Muslims dominate) was inflated. Subsequent censuses has proven that. The proportion of the far North reduced from over a third in 1952 and 1963 census to less than a quarter in the 1991 and 2006 census.
If the census some of you rely on is that valid, why did the proportion of Muslims stagnate until recently despite th number of casualties during the Nigerian civil war (mainly Christian) which was then over 3% of the population of Nigeria? The population claimed to 47.2% in 1963 should have risen well over 50% in the 1960s which it did not. Some people are very ignorant of Nigeria and its their endorsement of the evils of British colonialism that has made the country so unstable and fragile

GOD BLESS YOU, BROTHER. PLEASE HELP TO SPREAD THIS :
      ***Contradictions of Quranic Verses***
-According to Quran 7:109-112, after the pharaoh witnessed the miracles of Moses, the Egyptian chiefs said "This man is really a clever magician..." to the pharaoh but according to Quran 26:34-35, it was the pharaoh who said the same sentence to the chiefs.
-According to Q.3:124, 3000 angels helped Mohammed at Badr but according to Q.8:9, there were 1000 angels who helped him.
-According to Q.8:65, 20 patient people can defeat 2000 enemies and 100 patient people can defeat 1000 infidels but according to Q.8:66, 100 patient people can defeat 200 enemies and 1000 patient people can defeat 2000 enemies.
-According to Q.88:6, there is no food in hell except bitter dhari but according to Q.44:40-46, people can eat fruit in hell.
-According to Q.39:3-4, Allah can have a child if he wants to but according to the Q.6:100-101, it is impossible for Allah to have a son.
-According to Q.2:253, some messengers had a higher rank than others but according to Q.2:285, it is said that the messengers were not differentiated.
-Q.20:10, 27:7, and 28:29 tell the same incident but the words in the sentence that Moses said are not the same.
-According to Q.7:54, the earth and heaven were created in 6 days but according to Q.41:9-12, the earth was created in 2 days, forming the earth and mountains in 4 days, and the 7 layers of heaven in 2 days.
-According to Q.5:44-47, Allah sent Isa Al Masih to confirm the Jewish Torah. If that is true, then why do Jewish and Christian scriptures have similarities that are different from the Quran such as which son did Allah order to be slaughtered? In the Jewish and Christian books, it's Ishaq who was ordered to be slaughtered, but in the Quran, it's Ismail. If Isa (Jesus) confirmed the Jewish Torah, then the Christian bible should say Ismail was the one told to be slaughtered like the Quran.
-According to Q.32:5, 1 day for Allah is equal to 1000 years for humans but according to Q.70:4, 1 day is equal to 50,000 years for humans.
      ***Science Mistakes and General Knowledge***
-According to Q.36:37-39, at night, the sun is at its resting place. If it so, then why is it that when it's night in one place, the sun is still moving in other part of the world ? Apart from that, it's said that in the morning, the moon is also at its resting place. Then why is it that when it's day in one place, the moon is still moving in other part of the world ?
-According to Q.36:40, the sun and moon orbit around the earth. In reality, the earth orbits around the sun while the moon orbits around the earth.
-According to Q.91:1-4, the moon follows the sun. Again this is wrong.
-According to Q.51:49 and Q.36:36, all creatures were created in pairs. In fact, there are creatures that only have one sex, such as the Mexican whiptail lizard, viruses, bacteria, fungi.
-According to Q.6:38, all animals live in groups. Not all animals live in groups such as polar bears, platypus, chuckwalla lizards, blue whales, snow leopards, jaguars, pandas.
-According to Q.71:16, the moon illuminates (The Arabic word is "Nur"). In reality, the moon reflects light from the sun.
-According to Q.86:6-7, semen is produced between the backbone and ribs. In fact, semen is produced in the testicles. The Quran copied the outdated fact from ancient Greeks.
-According to Q.22:65, Allah holds the sky so to prevent the sky from falling to earth. Wrong. The atmosphere cannot fall to the earth. In fact, Earth's gravity prevents the sky from floating into space and not the other way around.
-According to Q.13:2, Allah raised the heavens without pillars. Wrong again.
-According to Q.25:45-46, shadows are moved by Allah.
-According to Q.25:53, Allah created a separation between fresh water and salt water. In reality, there is no exact separation but there are waters with different levels of saltiness.
-According to Q.16:15, mountains prevent the earth from shaking (The Arabic word is "Tamida"). This is wrong. Mountains are created from tectonic shift of the earth, not to prevent the earth from shaking. This is why earthquakes are more commonly found in mountanious places. Medieval Arabs thought that earthquakes were earth's vibrations that were held by mountains to prevent too much shake.
-According to Q.67:5, stars were created to be missiled at Satan. Medieval Arabs saw meteors falling so they thought they were stars thrown by Allah like missiles.
-According to Q.54:1-3, the moon was split into two.
-According to Q.6:125, the human chest shrinks when in the mountains. In fact, human chests enlarge when in the mountains. Medieval Arabs misconfuse the lack of oxygen in high altitude as makin chest shrinking.
-According to Q.67:19 and 16:79, birds can fly because they are held by Allah. If that's true, then why can ornithopter vehicles, in which the wings are flapped like birds, can fly for so long? Apart from that, if birds are held by Allah while flying, then why do many birds defecate on the Kaaba ?
-According to Q.4:23-24, it is forbidden to marry mother, daughter, and sibling but no mention of cousin. Cousin marriage has been proven to be the cause of the high rate of defective births among British of Pakistani descends.
-According to Q.5:116, Christians take Mariam as God. False.
-According to Q.19:27-34, Mariam, the son of Aaron, was the mother of Isa (Jesus), but in Christianity, Mary, the son of Aaron, is a different person from Mary the mother of Jesus.
      ***Morals***
-According to Q.2:828, the witness of 1 male is the same as the witnesses of 2 females.
-According to Q.4:34, a man can beat his wife if she does not want to obey her husband.
-According to Q.4:24, Having sex with someone's wife is not allowed unless the woman becomes a captive.
-According to Q.14:4, people believe/disbelieve in Islam because of Allah's will.
-Q.2:65, 7:166 insults people as apes.
-According to Q.98:6, non-Muslims are the worst creatures.
-Q.47:4 tells to strike enemies' necks.
-According to Q.78:31-38, 56:7-40, 55:46-77, 52:17-20, 44:51-57, men in heaven will get virgins with big eyes, pale skin, full breasts.

It's quite interesting how the southern part of Nigeria is much more economically strong, safe, free, and accepting of other cultures than the north of this country. Pretty much all the authoritarian, violent, and backward organizations in Nigeria are based on Islam - Boko Haram, Islamic State of West Africa, Nigerian Taliban, etc - there's no real Christian equivalent.
I'm all for secularism and division between state and religion, no matter what god you believe in. But still, it's like one part of the country has moved ahead with time while the other one is still stuck in the Stone Age and has to resort to violence, terror, and fear to push their backwards ideology.

Muslims aren't majority in Nigeria but majority in the old Northern Nigeria which has a very large Christian population. The Muslim population apart from the Southwest is insignificant in other parts of Southern Nigeria where almost 30% of the population of the country is found (11 states out of 36). The reality is that Muslims dominate the Christians in the North and use the slight demographic advantage it has over the South (51% to 49% - excluding the federal capital) to dominate the highly fragmented South. This is the reality in Nigeria.

Glory be unto ELELOHEYISRA'EL YAHSHUAH HA'MOSHIACH.
Both " Christians " and " Muslim " have to understand that the Blood is Red.
It is plainly mentioned in Genesis that God made everything else apart from this opium of masses known as " religion ".
Christian means the one who lives like Christ. Those who murder , steal , forcefully convert , extort , and follow all kinds of corruption cannot be a Christian.
The same applies for Islam as well , as Muslim means the one who fully submits to Allah ( God ) in Arabic , taken from Al-Laha / EL-ELOHE ( Aramaic / Old Hebrew ) , so those who forcefully convert , rape , and violate the Scriptures to " enforce the law of GOD " do not represent GOD at all.
If you want to convert people , then let your lives be a testimony to others and they willingly convert, that will be much better.
I belong to NO RELIGION , I want to BE OF GOD. And so should you , no through Coercion but through Righteousness.

This documentary is good. However, some factors considered here are mere propaganda.
Chiefest of them is the nation's population. For many decades now, Nigeria's population has been grossly inflated. In some areas, the population has always been inflated.
Also, Nigeria is perhaps the only place where there are fewer people in coastal areas than desert areas. Northern Nigeria is predominantly arid, and is prone to desertification. Northern Nigeria is home to many terrorist organisations that have killed people, and made many others homeless. Yet, this area is has a huge population on paper than the south.
Nigeria needs to be reconstructed in my opinion.

103 million in 12 states? hahahaha...please don't get yourself misinformed. This is how Nigerians are distributed religiously-
In 1963 Muslims were 47,2% based on the FALSIFIED census that gave Nigeria a highly inflated figure of 55 million at that time.

    • @Benjamine578
      @Benjamine578 หลายเดือนก่อน

It doesn't work that way, As a Nigerian who lives in Nigeria I can tell you the actual figure is almost 50/50 if not exact, this video and aswell as other statistics organisation fail to let you know that even in the North especially areas like the North East they aren't homogeneously Muslim there is a significant Christian population there as high as 40% It's only the North West that is homogeneously Islam, The Middle belt is a mix of the two but with a higher Christian population.
The South West is a mixture of the two but with a significant Christian presence the South South and the South East are entirely homogeneously Christian except areas in Edo states that has a significant Muslim presence as high as probably 20%. So as you can see it's more complex than just saying Nigeria is a Muslim majority or A Muslim country. As there has never been a census that takes account religion that has ever taken place in Nigeria, All these figures are mere estimates in reality it's all most 50/50 or a slightly higher Christian population.

First, the Muslim Yoruba's in the South are a different breed from those in the North. They are generally educated, separate piety from politics and live quietly and in peace like Christians. For a majority of them, you would never actually know they are Muslims. Most of them (both men and women) are also married to practicing Christians (I know🤯). Unfortunately for the North though, they have had this silly agenda for a longtime. Most of us in the south (The new southern generation) are patiently waiting for them to start replacing our institutions with the islamic state. So that we can finally have a pretext worthy of foreign intervention to leave this hell hole.

France and UK has a lot of Muslims from different countries, even other muslim countries the likes of Turkey, UAE and Malaysia, and they are also part of the countries with a lot of Nigerians, yet most of the Nigerians there aren’t muslims and they won’t leave because they know that the system in Nigeria is designed to favour them the most(let alone Hausa-Fulanis).

You people say the stuff blindly. First of all, do you know if the traditional religions brought any violence to Nigeria? How do you know if the traditional religions will alleviate the violence that’s there? Also, what if Nigerians do not want to go back to the traditional religions? Finally, the religious fight is not equal. Radical Islamic extremists are massacring Christians by a landslide more than the other way around. Christians are FARRR more tolerant and peaceful towards Muslims than the other way around.

Nigerians are majority Muslims. Speak for yourself not on behalf of Nigeria. Christian terrorism Murdered 100's millions including more than 150 million in Africa. Enslaved over 50 millions, including Nigerians, raped millions, orphaned 100's millions, nuked millions, and spent trillions in propaganda to paint their victims as Terrorists, Barbaric, savages, Even using pseudo science to classify Black Africans as subhumans. You should be ashamed worshipping a white man as your god in the image of the invaders who raped your great parents and enslaved them.

I get that all the time from Christians and Atheists. It never offended me that another person believes I follow "a false religion" and I don't consider that immaturity. As you put it.
If they didn't believe that, then they are in the wrong religion.
Every Christian believes, the other 6 billion non Christians are following false beliefs. That's a given.
In the contrary. I find it an opportunity for dialogue. As long as they are sincere and respectful in their dialogue.

    💔Burka is dangerous:
Mahsa Amini, also known as Jina Amini, died in a hospital in Tehran, Iran, after recieving a beating, from shariah police. In iran👹
    I speak against hate.
The Quran instructs such hate(Sura5:51)(sura 8:60), stop the hate, it helps no one. Muslim will always fight Muslim because of taught hate. Jesus taught us love and peace.
Not even hostages are safe, in Geneva Convention:
Hate is a great danger to the whole world. Islam, the Quran, and the scholars of Islam allow the Muslim to EAT THE FLESH OF THE NON-MUSLIM if that saves the Muslim from starving to death. We all know about the economic crisis which haunts the whole world these days. As we said, Imam El-Shafie said it very clearly, “An enemy fighter or an adulterer may be killed and his flesh may be eaten”. And in the eyes of every Muslim, a non-Muslim is an enemy fighter and an adulterer.
