Thank you so much for giving useful information and feedback/perspective besides just showing how they look. Because I have a really high prescription plus astigmatism and I really want colored contacts so I have been debating ordering from solotica because they can do my prescription but I was worried about the comfort level since they are so expensive and they don’t offer trials or refunds or customization beyond your prescription.
I was so close to buying the toric contacts ! Thanks for the advice

Are toric very bad?
They’re very uncomfortable, and they made my vision blurry at times. I personally wouldn’t but them again.
@@dvtv6222 thanks for the advice. I have astigmatism in both eyes and the normal solotica is comfortable. But hope my agstimatism don't go worst by wearing non toric lenses
Thank you so much for this video. I was contemplating on getting the topic lenses. Everything you mentioned on this video with the non prescription lenses is what I experienced. I have tried other lenses from different brands and each one have their pros and cons, but ultimately Solitica is the way to go.

I can't decide either, but the ambar colored contacts have really grown on me. Haha, we can be melanin twins!

Those Ambar contacts look SO good on you. I am sad that I just saw this video today because I was going back and forth between Hidrocor Ambar and Hidrocor Mel. But maybe not. I got the Mel 2 days ago and I love them, no regrets. Mel does not have the yellow overtones and the pixilation and the star-bursty pupils. Mel looks more natural on me. Ambar looks natural on you.
I kept going back and forth myself between these two! It’s hard to tell the differences between the two on Solotica’s website. I’m not the hugest fan of the yellow overtones, but thankfully they only show up in certain lighting. I bet the Mel look great on you! 😁

No these aren’t toric contacts.
Unfortunately colored contacts especially toric colored lenses don't retain as much moisture compared to clear lenses.
Does the toric no help agstimatism see better? Toric lenses are uncomfortable ?
They dry out very quick, and then they irritated my eyes.

Yeah, I couldn’t figure out how to fully explain how the contacts altered my vision. 😅 Hopefully it made sense.

Hard to see the color with the bright ring light. Take some video in natural light outside.
