Swift springs prob won’t help with bounciness as much as you think. That’s just poor shock dampening from the Tein coils.
Bounciness is because is too much low for tein street advance, that coils low the car by reducing preload

There is no specific type r k24 from japan. There were alot of k24a that came in everyday hondas in japan.
