- It's been a while that I have gone to the Davao International Airport. Yes, this is an opportunity to at least visit the airport as we fetch our relatives coming from Cebu. It's indeed a great experience and looking forward to ride an airplane for leisure again. See you in the skies soon!!!

I moved back to the States about 7 years ago. I am about to return to the Philippines in a few months and I am beginning to stress about how I am going to deal with culture shock once again. The first time I began to drive in the Philippines I was terrified. It is so different from how we drive in the US. Most drivers in the US obey traffic rules as they were taught before beginning to drive. We are taught to obey rules in general. Even with walking. Americans are taught to walk on the right side. In Asia, people tend to walk where ever and usually on the left side. This causes people to bump into each other and just makes getting around that much more frustrating. Driving is the same way. In America, we drive on the right side.
That brings me to something I saw in this video. Twice the traffic was faced with a blinking red light. A blinking red light is similar to a stop sign. Blinking yellow light means slow down or it is a warning of some driving condition. In this video, no one stopped at either light.
