My husband and I have enjoyed watching you guys so much that we do so every day! We adore how charming and personable you are as a couple, too. I gotta comment, however, on Lisa's confidence to appear on camera, in a public venue, without a stitch of makeup or jewelry on. Yes, she is a natural beauty, but I wouldn't have the nerve to do that. LOL!

All that food looked soooo good! Glad they had a spoon on the table cause I’d starve to death having to use chopsticks!, more food ends up in my lap. We grew up and lived in the San Francisco Bay Area up until about a year ago. Philz and Peets were our go tos. We moved to Vegas but anytime we go to Orange we stop at that location. Love that spot!

Thank you for your visit to DTF... It's funny how Bill said once during the meal that it was kind of like Panda Express because that is exactly how I felt that the food was not that great and sort of like a cross between Panda Express and other restaurants that you could find on spring mountain here. Also the day I went the service was really slow... So I don't really feel the need to go back there anytime soon ! It really makes me miss tim.ho.wan in the palms I wish that would open back up !! I hear the owners are making more money keeping it closed , which I don't see how that's possible, but I guess anything's possible today ! I was hoping when it said hang out with Bill and Lisa that you decided to go with my idea of having lunch with a local . I still think it's a good idea and I would love to meet you guys !! I am truly a foodie at heart I have 6000 pictures in my phone most of them are food and gambling wins !! And I have to thank you for the tips you give me I know there's such great food here in Vegas and you guys opened my eyes to even more so thank you for that !!! well I think I should thank you for that , but my shirts are getting a little tight so I'm not sure LOL

Del Amo Mall😂‼️I remember when it opened! We walked to it every Saturday, ( we went to Torrance High😂‼️) shopped at the Broadway and Judy’s, Sears, and others I’ve forgotten the names of… OH!! Lerners!! Ha!!! We had SO MUCH fun!!! Ate at Magic Chef… great memories!!!… we also called our moms for a ride home cuz we were too tired to walk back home with packages!!! It was the highlight of the weekend!!! Ahhh… the good old days!!!😉🤗♥️‼️☮️

When Taiwan opens up you must go to the DTF in Taipei. It is way better than any DTF around the world. The XLB comes in different styles. Try the squash/gourd one along with the pork, shrimp, crab... You can do a series on different DTF around the world. Also do Tim Ho Wan...
My favorite XLB is from Crystal Jade La Mian XLB in Singapore and at Times Square in Hong Kong.

The pork chops are seasoned with five-spice powder (usually ground star anise, cloves, Sichuan pepper corn, cinnamon, and fennel seeds/cumin/Sichuan pepper corn/cardamom, dried orange peel and others). This spice mix will vary depending on the region in China. The five-spice powder can actually contain more than 5 spices. In Chinese, the 5-spice is written as 5-aromas, meaning 5 tastes. The five tastes refer to what we taste on the tongue -sweet, sour, bitter, hot spicy, and umami or savoriness. The five-spice powder is indispensable in a Chinese kitchen pantry.

Amazing that there wasn't a line to Din Tai Fung! Passed by this weekend; must've had 15 people waiting outside. And Tokyo Central ... best place to go for a bento fix. BUT ... can't beat the flavors of Hawaii!!!

My mother always said that when she saw people with tinted windows, especially those cars with all black ones, she always wondered what they were hiding!
Uwajimaya, here in Seattle, sells two pack Zippy's frozen chili meals, for $9.00 for each two-pack, or $4.50 per serving of delicious chili (nom, nom, nom!).
If you can afford the cars you own, your jobs must be paying you very well indeed! Good for you. 👍 🤙

I went to Din Tai Fung recently in Vegas and it was excellent!! I put that sauce from spicy wontons on everything. Yum!
You can tell that the spicy cucumber salad was great just by watching Bill's hand gestures @8:39. The pork shao mai look like little nuclear reactor cooling towers. If I was a busboy at Din Tai Fung I would secretly eat all the leftovers.
