Ok after sitting through 9+ minutes, you still didn't actually explain the principles of sukuk. You gave some basic ideas, but didn't really get into the mechanisms of it.
Doesn't make sense only Masakin and those in desperate need would do such a thing. It very much just comes across as an interest based loan against a fixed asset whilst already claiming ownership of the asset. Do you guys do these Sukuks on peoples tools of trade?

Sukuks are haram when they give a fixed return, no risk sharing is offered, and the money is insured. That’s plain riba which is what you guys offer.
