      I am a new Muslim! I converted to Islam this week! Last month a native man told me that my sister is going to have a girl. I told him today that he was right. Today my sister found out that she is having a baby girl. I looked up on the internet about psychics in Islam to see if it’s wrong or not!! It said that the prayers of people who approach psychic people won’t be accepted for forty days and nights and that psychic people communicate with jinn! I made a very big mistake! I had no idea and I pray that Allah may forgive me for asking this psychic about his predictions!

    People are ignorant of these things. You still tell them and they look at you as if you're crazy because 'their Islam' is corrupted with 'culture' that they cannot comprehend and differentiate between the 2 as correct or incorrect. May Allah guide is to the right path inshallah

      What's worse is that they start to call you out as a "wahhabi" or a "salafi" or some other extremist. I have argued with a few such people. They always tend to throw these words at you, and it's like they have completely lost the ability to identify what is the sunnah and what is misguidance. May ALLAH guide us all.

    • @jetm7497

      Saad Ahmed i don’t follow any sects and i have had the worst encounters with the salafis/wahabis. Because I don’t follow a certain sect i came across people that would argue. The last 2 guys that had an argument with me was on the basis that i have to be a salafi to enter jannah without being judged. Meaning salafis are the only sect that will go to paradise without going to hell according to these 2 guys. Their attitude was very aggressive and they were talking down on me as if they were superior to other sects. I asked them if they thought they are superior and they even confirmed this. They said that the prophet even said this to back up their claim. I said I don’t need to be a part if a sect, I worship Allah and follow my prophet pbuh. Both of them frowned and said i am a khariwaja or something I’m not sure. Then i asked then if they believe I’m going to hell and instantly they answer saying “yes you will go to hell first and after your punishment you might enter jannah. I started laughing and they both said “astagfirullah you are shaitan” and that got me angry so i said that they are paving their way to hell and I’m sure our prophet didn’t have that character which they are displaying. I’m sure they wanted to hit me because they clenched their fists and kept looking at each other. In the end they just walked away saying that I’m a shaitan.

      @@jetm7497 I'm not condoning salafism/wahhabism either. Most of them do, infact, exhibit extremist behavior. But that's the thing ... when there are clear-cut proofs from the sunnah telling us that such and such of an act is forbidden, then why do people not accept it? If they all claim to follow the sunnah and are on the right path, then why always quote their "sheikh" or "peer" or "maulana" to justify it, even after it is clear that their sheikhs are upon misguidance .... Like, some sects deny the punishment in the grave, and are of the opinion that since i'm a devoted student (mureed) of such and such a sheikh, so even if the punishment is truth, then i'll be granted intercession by the sheikh when the angels approach me in the grave .... And then you try to explain to them and they start calling you an extremist wahhabi etc.
      That doesn't solve problems either. Everyone claims to follow the sunnah, yet very few actually know what the true sunnah is, since they never take the effort to learn

    • @jetm7497
      @jetm7497 5 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Saad Ahmed I’ve had that argument about “the sheik intercession in the grave” and i just put it bluntly, the inly intercession is on the day of judgement by our prophet pbuh. The rest is all made up. That defeats the whole purpose of the questions in the grave. It’s meant for that individual only. I don’t side with sufis either so I’m disliked by a lot of people

    • @amarrashid599
      @amarrashid599 5 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      I have alot of people who do complain about the intercession thing only our prophet Pbuh can intercede with for us. and the other person arguing is like oh no no oh no no what about Peer so and so... end of the day you're alive and they're in the grave so you're obviously in the better position for now, their actions are all accounted for so why go astray and ask that person for now.. makes no sense to me. People cannot use rationality and logic, use them first and Islam will become very clear cut, follow the 5 pillars, and if in doubt of something don't do it. Innovation is toxic in this society

    Unfortunately some of the so called pious brothers and sisters engage these acts. The worst of all sins. One that Allah doesn't forgive if you die in that state of Shirk. One regardless of how much good or how much you have prayed, you end up in Jahanam forever. Many take shirk lightly. Whilst zina, riba etc are major sins, at the top of the tree is Shirk. Which takes you out if Islam. May Allah guide us and many from this ignorance.

    The way I see it is, it should only be viewed as entertainment and nothing more. Indeed, God knows best. If you have ever seen tarot card readings, they always claim to be connecting to a so called "spirit", which I find to be completely bogus. That being said, I actually have a saved playlist of my sign's readings and I am Muslim alhumdulillah. Do I regret it, no because I know deep down in my heart that it's just entertainment. It depends how you view them, there are a lot of people who view them in a very serious way and there are those who view these videos simply as inspirational and almost like a conversation with a friend. There is nothing wrong with that. There is a difference between intuition and predictability. No one can accurately predict the future, except God almighty. That is a fact that only people who truly believe in God accept. To be very honest, this is way towards inner peace, when you know that come what may, the things that happen in your life, happen for a reason and in the end you always have God with you. No matter what. In other words, leave it to God.

    My family was involved with kind of shirk and until now I always questioned such stuff and never believed in it. But my family made me do it and I never really knew it was as they insisted that it is Islamic. Now that I know about the reality I have immediately asked for forgiveness and turned away from all this. I'm still a teenager and I'm actively trying to warn my family about this. I've already convinced my siblings about the falsehood but my parents are some how reluctant. I have a question now that are my good deeds that I did while I was ignorant invalid? Is there forgiveness for shirk after you repent? Is it my obligation to make my family leave such drastic errors?

    • @bossmd6369
      @bossmd6369 4 ปีที่แล้ว +5

      Yes there is forgiveness for every sin even shirk but if one dies upon having committed major shirk Allah will not forgive them but if one repents sincerely then inshallah Allah will forgive as alalh forgives all sins in the Quran Allah calls the people who ascribe a sin to him to come repent so that he can accept there repentance also if u did somthing whilst in a state of ignorance then u will not be held accountable for it and there is no sin upon u with certain conditions for example if u are in somewhere and shirk is whidespread in society and one actually believed its apart of islam then there is no blame upon him because he was surrounded by it but however if it is well known amongst his community and to the people and no one around him was doing it then he may not be exuded it depends

    May Allah help us all !
    My brothers and sisters - yes I believe that the knowledge of the unseen is with Allah and Allah alone.
    From different readings, and personal observations and experiences I relate to what the presenter has explained here. It's not only the Middle east, or in Asia or the European countries where (unfortunately) Muslims practice, survive or are involved in such works.
    Africa is no exception, and in particular Sierra Leone, in West Africa, a country where our brother Mufti Menk visited last year, after a land-slide disaster. in this country, masha'allah Muslims and Christians in general are at peace; due to the fact that inter-religious marriages have been common for more than three decades. But a more dangerous side is where Muslims visit and seek help from Muslim sooth sayers or Shaikhs , not palm readers, magicians or even fortune tellers; but those who claim to solve 'evil with evil, they tell you what someone is doing without you seeing them, they tell you what evil or good plans x,y,z person has or not and sometimes literally in seconds ! Some just close their eyes and when opened - tell you things you already know!
    And worse - the Muslim sisters, not all though but some mostly go to pastors in churches, and attend their prayer services - all in the name of "with what i now know of the unseen from so and so, i will be protected by Allah's help'. I am one of many, who still struggle to advice and discourage Muslim members of my family to avoid such acts.
    For I believe, there are no short-cuts to ridding an evil person or enemy, or to get wealth and fame - all is in Allah's decree, 'Huwa ala' Kulee Shai'en Qadeer ' !
    And these Muslims still fast during Ramadan, go for the Hajj, and portray themselves as good Muslims.
    May Allah guide and give us strength in guiding our Muslim brothers and Sisters -Ameen !

    This kind of phenomenon can be seen a lot in my country until the time I am writing. The fortune tellers alike, they are even invited to TV programmes, talk shows, and some of them are given special slots. They talk about possible divorce or affairs that may be faced by newly married especially when they are public figures, disasters that they predict will happen in a certain month, etc. Approaching year end until after new year their faces and predictions will appear more on TV and social media. It seems that the demand is so high making them so popular.

Come on. You're smarter than that. There's a reason we are ordered to stay away. Don't make your own interpretations when the correct course of action is already pretty obvious and manifest

      No brother the jinns can not see the future this is a lie. No one knows the unseen except Allah. The jinns can not see the future however what some of them do is they fly up to the first heaven which is space and they listen in on the angels discussing the matters of what is going to happen on the earth and what Allah has ordered them with. And so they then come back down to earth and mix what they heard with lies. So you see they do not know the future they only listen to the angels discusding things and then add lies to it. As I said no one knows the unseen except Allah and the jins can not see the future.

      Surah 72 verse 8 says
      "‘And we have sought to reach the heaven; but found it filled with stern guards and flaming fires."
      It says they reach it and find it filled with guards and flaming fire.
      Surah 72 verse 9
      "And verily, we used to sit there in stations, to (steal) a hearing, but any who listens now will find a flaming fire watching him in ambush"
      It clearly says they would sit in the heaven and listen but any one who listens now is hit by flaming fire. So that means they still try and go up there to listen but when they get to where they would go to listen they are hit by fire.
      Where is it stated that they do not leave the earth?
      I thought reading those verses that they were leaving the earth. I could be wrong if you have more information on it then please let me know in sha Allah.

    In Islamic tradition, the jinn (also spelled djinn or genies) are supernatural creatures made of smokeless fire that can interact with the physical world. They are believed to have free will and can be either good or evil. It is believed that jinn can cause problems within a family, especially between a husband and wife, by creating conflicts and misunderstandings. This can lead to the breakdown of the family structure, which is considered to be one of the greatest victories for Iblis, as it is believed that he is constantly trying to cause division and discord among people.
    It's important to note that this is a belief found in Islamic tradition and culture, and it may not align with the beliefs of everyone. It is not a scientific fact or evidence-based concept.
    It's also important to note that in Islamic tradition, the concept of jinn is not to be taken literally, but as a metaphor for the psychological and spiritual forces that can affect an individual and a community. Many Islamic scholars interpret the story of jinn and Iblis as a reminder of the importance of self-control, humility, and obedience to God and the importance of being conscious of the negative influences that may affect us from within.

    FORTUNE TELLING 🔮
    People say STOP talking about SHIRK with me because l believe in Allah, but Allah says most of the people do not believe in me are committing SHIRK ( Quran 12 : 106 )
    The TRUTH is, SHIRK is only possible after one believes in Allah 👉 this is worrying considering people think believing in Allah and doing good deeds is enough
    The following hadith proves believing in Allah is not enough 👉 whoever goes to a SOOTHSAYER and believes in what he says, has disbelieved in that which was revealed to Muhammad P.B.U.H ( Abu Dawood )
    The reason for this is, Allah says 👉 None in the heavens and the earth knows the unseen except Allah ( Quran 27 : 65 )
    Whoever believes a SOOTHSAYER knows about the future has made partners with one of Allah's attribute and this is SHIRK
    ⚠️ Allah will NEVER forgive that anything should be associated with him unless you REPENT from this CRIME before you DIE ( HELL FOREVER) ( Quran 4 : 48 )

      I dunno what is it with people like you. You just can't accept a simple fact that whatever unseen knowledge the Messenger SAWW was given, it was from ALLAH, and the Messenger SAWW had no authority over any matters pertaining to unseen except what ALLAH SWT inspired upon him.

      I just saw this message. Thank you for warning me . I woke up recently to something standing next to my bed staring at me . I didn't get possessed I don't think. But I definitely had something around me. I've sence thrown the cards and the desire for the cards away. But the relentless nightmares are continuing. I've seen sought out help with prayers and had to admit my shame with cards in order for people to understand this is really happening. Im making progress . But also I was able to connect my life trouble and beginning of downward luck and misfortune to a person. Black magic is real 😔thank you for care🙏

      Audrey Nichols me too! After I threw away my tarot cards and stopped coffee cup reading I had nightmares and continuously sweated during sleep. My bed sheets were all wet by my sweat. I feel like my brain is deformed... I feel like my brain has lost its function :( I think bc I’ve done things that are against my nature... ( tarot reading and coffee cup reading etc.) I’ve gone against my nature I guess... against my purpose in life which is serving my creator but in this materialistic world I couldn’t find my way out I was confused what my purpose in life was it’s just so sad and hard for me
