Use both an SMA and shorter term EMA. When the EMA crosses above the SMA (on any time frame) then BUY. Make sure there is a lot of volume at the start of this crossover. When the EMA crosses below the SMA, sell. For example, on the daily chart, use a 50SMA and a 15 EMA. Go forth and $$$$$$$$$

THis is best moving average presentation i have heard. Not that they said anything new about MA but the presentation was superb for its good use of animation, soundtrack and the voice. The presentation had a SciFi feel that I loved so much. Thank you so much Trading 212. I hope one day I would take out for the woman presenting for lunch. Excellent video. But be aware you just cannot take this and trade successfully. Indicators by their very nature only show what you should have done, not what to do next. Trading is hard and you need to gather many pieces of information, technical, fundamental, news, history and so on before placing a trade.
That said, the information given here is as clear as it can be, use it as another tool in your box and good luck
I agree, but sometimes that's not the case. Depending on if you swing or day trade. As for day trading sometimes you won't have the time to check the news as you should focus more on price action. I would gather a lot of information if I were to invest in the long term.
