Yes you are absolutely right brother, same question I asked KTM showroom and they replied that when bike is delivered in showroom they test the bike and feed that time numbers on pamphlet. That's why the numbers on the website and on the pamphlet are different sometimes.

Bhai wo lagbhag 10 mm down hota hai, aur depend krta hai wait pr kitma suspension aap press krte ho. Suspension kitna bhi set kr lo seat height wahi rehti hai. Bs suspension softer ya stiffer hota hai. Taki wo kam ya jyada press ho according to Rider's weight
