Everyone says that Ray doesn't liked to be hugged or kissed etc. but every single time one of his co-stars won an Emmy he'd stand up and would initiate or accept a big hug congratulating them. How many stars of series actually get out fo their seat and stand up for their co-stars like that? Gotta love what a class act Ray is.
One of the best episodes IMO was The Can Opener (Season 4 Ep 2). It was a real masterclass in comedy acting from the cast, but especially Ray, Patricia and Peter (who really should have won an Emmy).
sorry to be offtopic but does anyone know of a tool to log back into an instagram account..? I stupidly forgot the password. I would love any tricks you can offer me.
The very first win for an Everybody Loves Raymond actor! Patty won this year for season 4 and the next year for season 5, Doris won for seasons 5, 6, 7 and 9, Brad won for seasons 6, 7 and 9 and Ray won for season 6. Peter never won an Emmy for ELR but he did win an Emmy for guesting on The X-Files.
@@grahamellis3547 Same here! This cast was truly one of the best and they deserve to be in that exclusive group along with All In The Family, The Golden Girls and Will and Grace.
@@knsnsy The first season is widely viewed as its weakest. It also got iffy ratings. The show really blew up ratings, critically and cultural wise in its third season.
I’ve always loved this show and especially Patricia, I am blessed after just losing my husband. She and I are very close in age. She is an encourager. Thank you Lord.❤

Today it's now represented by massive tech companies. This is the reason why TV is not only terrible, but also dead. RIP the end of the golden era. Over saturation of choice for content due to the lack of production value and profit make content less desirable. Maybe that's why politics is getting more attention. Nothing to distract us.
I was working in the temp wordprocessing pool (look it up, younguns) at a large investment bank around 1988 when Patricia, the proofreader, got the call from her agent about a role on a TV show. She finished her shift and became a TV star, also a voter for the orange dude and the maga and all that...
Love seeing this after hearing Patty’s story on the middling pod about her talking to David schwimmer backstage after she won the emmy about them working in the same restaurant even though it wasn’t true 😂
I loved the facial expressions of Debra Messing (Grace from Will and Grace) and Sarah Jessica Parker (Carrie from Sex and the City), they were cute and classy when they announced the winner and they heard Patricia's speech. However Doris Roberts' face looked... grossed out by Patricia Heaton xD. I am probably misinterpreting her facial expression but I thought it was funny.
I never noticed this until I read your comment and I laugh out loud each and every time I see Doris' facial expression. Maybe Doris is thinking what on Earth is Patricia mumbling about on stage.

She deserve the Emmy. Patricia H is FUNNY!!!
Patricia is funny and beautiful and so down to earth, she is terrific ...
Boy did Patty look gorgeous here. She was always beautiful but for this award here and the next year she was just stunning! So well earned!
saw her at the airport at jfk maybe 6 years ago. she still looked good
Class act love her!

Patricia Heaton has great acting on Everybody Loves Raymond in season 4.
I see that everybody DID love Raymond!

I’m still salty that he never won an Emmy for ELR because then the whole main cast would have won one

weird that the first three seasons went unnoticed then starts the awards flood
I think Peter Should’ve won an Emmy for his role as Frank at least 1.

So many deserving actresses in this category. ELR is one of my favorites. Still love the reruns too
I wish Jane kazmarik won at least once through her several nominations
I agree! Jane was fantastic. Jane and Patty are both phenomenal comedy actresses.
shes got the best face ive ever seen on a woman!
Just so damn good looking.
Yeah my BF loves her , can’t say I blame him she’s stunning
patricia Heaton is a class act love her
She's lovely
CHER looks amazing! Funny also. Patty seemed to like CHER being the presenting the award to her.
Love you ! Miss you!
PATRICA HEATON LOOK GREAT ON 2000 EMMY AWARDS !!!!
Looked even better next year at the 2001 Emmys with her hair pulled back. Absolutely stunning!
The episode she submitted and won for 'Bad Moon Rising' ...she deserved it.
Wow these five nominees represented ABC, CBS, FOX, NBC and HBO i.e. the major networks in the 90's.
Good catch!
SHE IS ON THE SAME LEVEL AS JULIA LOUIS DREYFUS. BOTH WONDERFUL COMEDIC ACTRESSES. AND BOTH ARE GORGEOUS!!!
Love this lady playing the mom in The Middle🙂🩵⭐️
imagine she never thanked her husband like when ray never thanked her at his doctorate speech in the show

Cher looks like Saruman.
😂😂😂
*sings* If I could turn back time... I'd go and kill Fro-do!"
everybody loves raymond and Malcolm in the middle two really good shows
CHER at her best! Patty seemed to like CHER presenting her with Emmy.

Do you have her 2001 win?
So we not going to talk about Cher wearing jeans to the Emmys
0:34 Joshua Lyman looking fly.
Childhood come back... :(
Man she was a fox back then
I wonder which episode she won for?
Shes hottt
yea
When she went to the Middle I thought she was to typecast for her role in everyone life’s Raymond but she really nailed both roles
Cher looks good. I like pat Henson, she"s so cute, I like the show every body loves Raymond.
Very good actress must say found her character on raymond bitchy and annoying tbh but she plays it so well and she is very pretty which helps
The MIDDLE (?!)
SORRY, i meant Patricia Heaton.
Why didn't Calista Flockhart receive a nomination?
Jane should've won smh
Sex and the City was considered a comedy series?
dramady
Jane Kazmarek should have won every year.

I didn't see that at all.

Cher????????????????? yuck
Patricia Heaton is a bigoted Christian!
