Depends on situation how imp is problem sometimes I have to identify the fault at same time and sometime I can go through manual take reference and then solve the problem it's depend on situation. But finally we are human being so u will get some time u have to take steps according to situations and solve the problem.

I really don't have idea about northern marine management but new ship means no worries at start but I any new problem can come also but it will be on dry dock side they will tell u how to handles
Those who are having coc they are getting jobs and fresher struggling but still those who are not selected in kolg campus so try to get in kolg only otherwise it will take more time for first sailing
