I can't make eye contact or sit still. Of course there's all sorts of degrees. Mine can be mild like Joes and even more intense than Zoe's. I'm 44 years old and have suffered as far back as I can remember ( about 1rst grade). I've had an eating disorder since 12 y old. I'm agoraphobic ( leave the house about once a month or so). Can't drive, because of the fear of getting lost or accident. Panic and anxiety and hate being around people. The I go in the opposite direction in which I can't sit still and I talk a million miles an hour ( word vomit) and need to be the center of attention. Please don't take me wrong. I simply adore both Zoe and Joe. Very sweet and good hearted kids. ( I say "kids" because my kids are 19, 21, 23). His anxiety is very manageable and less noticeable. A lot of people with his grade of anxiety drinks to calm themselves. ( slow racing thoughts) higher grade of anxiety tend to not drink, because it causes can trigger anxiety. Hyperactivity is usually a sign of anxiety. Depression and "shyness" is a sign of anxiety/panic which I have both and so does Zoe. Mind you I'm not a dr, but have suffered with it for prob 40 years and raised 3 kids. I just noticed a few signs in a lot of his videos. ( of course I could be mistaking.)
