Here's a tip...when replacing the gaskets (paper) coat them with 'Chapstick' this will keep them from sticking at next removal and greatly speed up replacement.
Nice! I mostly wanted to install the pressure gauge, reading on the fly seem invaluable on tbi's. I think I'll follow suit with the adjustable fpr aswell find out what the 5.0 likes best.
What size are those fittings you put on there for the fuel pressure gauge ? I’m trying to put a gauge on mine. I couldn’t really understand what you said in the video and you didn’t really show us.
Not thick enough gasket for the top to bolt to the bottom. Also, if you looked at the head of those screws the rest are rounded on top and the three on that mount are flat topped.
don't never change your fuel regulator. Adjusting fuel regulator is like changing your main jet, if you increase psi you are increasing the main jet size. I hope you get that.
I would really appreciate knowing precisely what fittings you got for the gauge. I’m trying to mount a gauge as you did, but I don’t see how the stock fuel line and TBI fuel fitting works with 6an. I’ve looked pretty much everywhere, including Russell for how to accomplish this same mod. Any help would be great.
Did you really only drill part of the way through? You said "I'm hoping not to go all the way down either." Without that being a hole how are you going to get to the adjusting screw on the regulator?"
Been considering this mod for my TBI system. But with my tightly-routed factory hard lines I'm not sure I have enough wiggle room for an in-line FP gauge. How do you adjust the FP in situ? Do you have decent access with an Allen wrench while it's installed on the engine? Or do you have to remove a gas line, or fully remove the whole TBI unit from the intake to adjust?
Yup. Your fuel preasure regulator is screwed. Most TBI rebuild kits are inexpensive & come with a new diaphragm for the fuel preasure regulator. Easy peasy job to repair it.

Can you send the kit links?
Another mod is to chrome the outer cones of the fuel ⛽ 🔧 🐒 injector casings
I have the same Rochester 2bbl tbi. But after I shut off the vehicle the fuel pressure is instantly lost.
Any ideas on how to test the injectors?
