That's one cool turntable.... They don't make them like that anymore and they are hard to find today... I have the 1200 mk2..... I would like to own the mk5...... Even those are hard to find today......................
is there any way to cue this in manually? i was thinking of getting one at a local shop, but it has a problem where it stops soon after starting on its own (maybe it needs to be setup fully, but im not sure) any advice?

I just dug my SL-5300 out of the closet! Hasn't been used in about 18 years. And unfortunately it's not as clean as the one you have.
