I hope someone knows the answer to the cloud thing because I get that too :( For your duplicate items, be sure that adaptive loading is checked under the Asset Pack manager options
Do you use Skyve? Because I think it has to do with the connectivity between that and the game. Hopefully, an update with Skyve can help with that.
