While investigating a woman found dead in a parking lot, Jill bonds with the victim's teenage daughter. Meanwhile, Lindsay returns to the dating scene and Claire attempts to bring the romance back into her marriage.

It's a shame this show didn't even get a full season order. It was really good and the cast dynamics were amazing

Binge watching in 2022. I really like this show. Too bad it only had 13 episodes.
I know I found it yesterday. But critics slammed it. I thought it was good. Could have been improved and tightened up but honestly critics just piss you off sometime

I CAN NOT believe this series isn't still on today!!! The screen chemistry, the interplay of the club members, the pace, the sense of humor, drama...this series has it all...and then...there is Angie Harmon...O...M...G...wow...every episode is a gem!

I said it before on other episodes but it’s worth repeating again.. Castle stole this shows whole flow… same network, same concept, only difference… 3 strong, smart women in the spotlight, instead of just one..

I bet it they brought this show back it would do fine now because female driven is killing it! This does seem like Rizzoli and Isles in some ways. She just kills the work obsessed police detective roles who has relationship issues.

Mind you, I haven't seen one person yet, in this cast who is less than an ''8'', so.....
not your average police station...tv mostly only have ''beautiful people''. it can make it difficult to relate sometimes.
That is a USA thing. Europe, and other countries, has normal people actors. Some models too, mostly just normal people (who are Really good actors too)
That boss of Jill's is a horrible person who needs to be fired, just because she fostered the teenager who lost her mother to a murderer.

Thanks a million. This is the third episode I watch and I absolutely love it. Women detectives instead of guys. Very nice. Miss Marple is not the only one, lol Just kidding! Since I'm not a T.V. watcher, I had never heard of these series until now. There is a French series where a female is the lead detective dubbed in Spanish titled Asesinato en ... the name of the city, Murder in ... I would love to watch it in English but I have not been able to find it. Each episode has a different detective. It's very interesting and the scenery is fabulous. I would like to know If anyone knows where I can watch it in English.

watched a movie called The Secret Scripture, a very good movie, which had Rooney Mara in it who also played in The Girl With the Dragon Tatoo, and plays the daughter in this. All three are good.

I love the books and the show is okay but is anyone else seeing all the detail errors like they never go to beers if the world or their other usual hang outs? Or the fact that Cindy was introduced on a different case and in a different way. Most of all there is nothing about Lindsay’s life. No blood disease no running with Martha or Joe or Conklin

The foster care system in this country really sucks, because all those people care about is the money that they get, I've heard horror stories about it, and about some of the kids who either and up being abused or even murdered. CPS also is horrible, because they take kids away from good families, and leave some of the kids with parents who abuse and even murder their children. If seventeen year olds can legally drive a car and work, then I don't see why they can't choose to stay on their own, and even work.

I find Jill's boss was good to her. Jill blitz her, put the girl at jeopardy. She is single, no one to supervise missy while she am out working. Imagine if in the end she died under your supervision. I am not a fan of boss lady but I understand her position

poor plots a lof clichés BUT who is the writer? the script writer is very very good. Intelligent crisp witty each episode has very quotable quotes. A medal for the script writer!
