Yamaha Virago XV750 Oil/Filter Change

This is a 1996 Yamaha Virago XV750. Model years 1986-1998 will be the same.
I'm using a K&N 145 filter and penzoil 10W40.
Required tools:
17mm socket/ratchet with small extension
14mm open end wrench x2
5mm hex key
flat head screwdriver

I’m a big TH-cam diy guy when it comes to cars I got into them when I was about 14 after 6 years of watching car and motorcycle diy tutorials I hav to say this video is phenomenal hopefully you post more about this virago because I just bought one recently and man your good at this. Wait the 10w 40 oil is motorcycle oil correct

Yes you need to use motorcycle specific oil or it may not play nice with the clutches I do believe
