But sometimes the hardest thing is to realize that life does not fall according to our plan. So“Accept yourself, love yourself, and keep moving forward. If you want to fly, you have to give up what weighs you down.” sometimes people don’t love us the way they should. Very true! I've just had to realize that all the alternatives treatments, all the praying that I've done for my injured hip is not healing it. I've had to "fire" myself and let a surgeon do his magic, allow God to heal my hip thru him. 🙏
Be kind to your self... forget the day of which you have endured, good or bad forgive the negative things that have happened and say thank you for existing to experience those good or bad things. Never deny yourself some alone quiet time, if it be before bed, or in the shower.... this is a good song to listen to. I listened to this when I was in the hospital with my newborn. I played this and she would fall asleep so quickly and now 7 months later she still does, all 4 of my girls do. Thank you for this song and I hope every one finds that little moment of peace and take some time for your self.

Wow, I let this play on my laptop in my room while I was downstairs eating dinner. I came back and the video was at 54:22, showing flamingos. Flamingos are my favorite animal and I've had a connection with them since childhood. 🦩 What are the odds of that? Thank you for the advise also 🙏 I am actually doing that all now :) I been hitting the gym, praying and Journaling/ meditating. He was a narc too who wanted me but didn't want to.commit anymore. Def. Moving on to better things in my life as I should. How long did it take you to recover? I know everyone's different.

On the 16th of this month as I'm typing this, and as of now... this music made me realize that I was a jerk to some people in my life during my teenage years, and with this music... I've let all of my grief out at once.
I've done nothing but hold on to my hatred, and used it to fuel my anger. While it did give me strength, I have seen that it would kill me on the inside.
This reminds me of "home" so much, I'm a New England girl who moved cross-country to the desert I miss home,..recently my mom went to heaven I miss my mom..❣️

She lives, you didn't lose when she died you gained a spiritual guide. I have studied all the famous people in metaphysics and spirituality. But I never read Michael Singer. He his work really resonated with me and I have found a way to separate my Consciousness from my egoic constant delusionary thought processes. Just started this but I am trying to be very mindful. The way I came to see this so many times after hearing perhaps 100 or more people in the last three years since my partner died,was that on one hand 100 people who being strangers more than anything,as I am what I would call very reserved,yet the greater mass of the world would call me a loner. But on a greater hand,I came to see that those who let go yesterday,are no longer here today. I love the advice to let go of telling people to let go. 100 strangers that seemed to have the same mind intent,means I done not only right by not listening to their experiencial lacking point of opinion,but I done what all too many seem unwilling to do,and I honoured my truth. Do you really want your truth to be a repeat of 100 strangers along your path,or more,millions of strangers. Or do you seek that which would allow you to attain the wholeness that gives you the need to not need to listen to dozens or dozens of dozens of recordings that you think you need to be whole. People always say you can not move into the future by telling the stories of the past. I would say if I had not shared my story of all I'm going through in just the last three years,I would have bottled the whole lot,and I would have let go,and I would not be here right now. This Will help the right person. No matter if others attempt to tell you what you need to let go of and what to hold on to,if you hold yourself,what others say, regardless of if it's meant to be good advice,what they say is complete crap. Sadly as the way of the world is,most will follow the ways of the world. And thus,you Will try to be the you for the world not the you for the you. The greatest need to serve or give anything to creation is to be you. You are not giving nothing by being a different you. But,the greater mass Will war if they feel it their only option,just to say I am wrong. I know who I am,I am Michael... Be Blessed
