Approaching someone and communicating with them in an aggressive manner is harassment. A licence is not required to drive vehicles (including farm vehicles) on private land as long as the public isn’t allowed access to where the vehicle is being driven. Loosely speaking, It is illegal for her not to adhere to road laws, where there is public access. So not wearing her seatbelt is definitely illegal

On Land Registry, the main street entering is a separate parcel and the branch street along BGH and Claas the property line runs down the centre of the street and also access to the caravan storage.
