I just bought mine and I found the rear brake was sticking and that was causing excess drag and the clutch was smoking on day one. I leveled the master cylinder and bled the brakes all around and that seemed to help.
@@rogercanady6227 I haven't had brake issues with mine yet, I've had a leaking bead, a dead battery, a broken park brake cable, and some worn out bushings.
I’ve owned the Coolster version (GK-6125, front engine model) for about 18 months. You’ll soon find out why they included the anti-bacterial wipes! You’ll need them to clean your hands at least every week after something breaks on these mini jeeps. I’ve replaced four starter chains so far (not fun to get to on front engine models and requires removal of both the starter and the stator cover to install a new chain). Maybe I just received a “lemon” but mine wouldn’t start, “out of the crate” for three weeks (until I swapped out the solenoid, starter, and new (larger) battery. I ordered parts on Amazon because my mini jeep seller wanted me to go back and fourth for weeks, sending videos and descriptions of problems, not that I blame them, but they do take a while to verify before sending the parts needed. That said, they are a lot of fun! Just be ready to get your hands dirty! Unfortunately, mine didn’t come with wipes! LOL!
@vscolkitt we have been loving ours, the only problem I've had is the battery was junk, the horn button stuck so I had to disconnect it, and the place I bought ut from didn't grease any of the bearings.
@@cadilakisrodcustom Mine wasn’t greased either at rear axle and no grease fittings (zerks) for steering! Looks like it has grease fittings in front at brake calibers because there is green grease on zerk fittings but dealership says those are to bleed brakes! Why is there grease on zerks then? Something smells fishy! Maybe a customer returned jeep? My eye bolt tensioner adjustment bolts for drive chain adjustment are both stripped too, as is one of the two bottom bolts that require loosening to allow axle to move back to adjust chain tensioners! LOL again!!
Where did you buy that thing at?
Tractor supply
@cadilakisrodcustom right on im going to look at them the next time I'm in price
@@Clawson_customs it's a blast to drive
