  • In this video, I was invited by Joel from Integza to show my plasma toroid generator to Destin from SmarterEveryDay and Cameron Prince of Tesla Universe. I also met Charlie Solis from TesTur Energy! had a lot of fun and it was so great to meet everyone. I hope this video inspires you to teach and empower your friends!

It's often I see you going through the motions of "I don't quite understand this, but I'm not stopping until I do"
It's often been very motivating to hear that type of mentality whenever I'm stuck on something, so thank you

@@1qwerasdzxcvfrtgb I couldn’t agree more! I also admire not only the persistence to figure it out, but the ability to stop and listen when realizing that assumptions may be incorrect. It’s an absolute joy watching people want to learn, and even more so when so many people can leave their assumptions at the door and just listen and discuss :)

i wonder if adding a coil on top would help stabilize the ion ring. it would need to be the same frequency but opposite magnetic pole. maybe a bigger mosfet could drive 2 coils in parallel - that would keep the circuit really simple.

@BackMacSci This device is amazing! I appreciate your time in this man. I would absolutely appreciate it if you did some tests with this for me. If you are not aware of the Plasmoid Unification Model, it may interest you. If you are able to change voltage and frequency input, it would be fascinating to see if specific frequencies affect the plasma. The voltage may need to be adjusted to get a stable formation. So examples would be like the 9 Solfeggio Frequencies. This could then be extended using the Unification Model to possibly levitate specific elements... possibly? However, with low power, the samples need to be tiny. Thanks for your time and good luck.

I believe that when you spined the glass globe on the coil it produces a capatance effect that exited the gas into plasma then it picks up on it's spinning electromagnetic vortex and the rest is what you all figured to be convection shape of the glass and like a Jacob's latter effect. Done some crazy stuff with plasma globes and also small Tesla coils and exciters. Looks like so much fun and I loved the video. Thank you😊

My first thought is, "oh look, more sci-tubers". After that I'm thinking induction heating. The plasma is in an enclosed space being cooked and when it gets energized enough it rises up, loses energy and comes back to be charged some more by the coil. As a plasma it doesn't lose energy the way a hot pan would, nor does it strictly gain it the same way, but it's still pretty neat. I'll have to try watching the video later since I fell asleep, but the intro was good, and that haircut was 1000x better.

Wow 🤩 it never fails to amaze me , ❤love your channel .
I heard a story when I was a child about a glass sphere that was sitting on a coil like yours but copper coil extended out of a granite wall inside of tomb. The sphere was glowing in a toroidal light, but when the archeologists touched the sphere it went out .
They mentioned that they couldn’t turn it back on as there was no switch , plus they had no idea on how it worked .
Now after seeing your first videos when you showed this experiment and its affect, I wanted to tell you this story, but since then I also have been researching other topics that I believe are related and I think I have an understanding on how this device may have been run in the tomb, by compressed granite tuned at a specific oscillating frequency to run it. I’m not sure if academia has the artefact stored somewhere or if it’s lost to time. I’m not sure of the location of this story of this tomb but believe it was in Egypt somewhere.
I hope all the best for you and your future endeavours ❤❤❤ ❤❤❤ ❤❤❤

The device is VERY cool...But, for me (and apparently many others) the true coolness of this video is the group of personalities involved. Smart folks from different backgrounds getting together and studying a 'thing' is so neat to watch!
I had a vaguely similar experience a few years ago when I went to a friend's house for a rock cutting/polishing session involving other members of her rock-hounding club. To my shock, awe, amusement, and delight...I found the other invitees were a brain surgeon whose hands held life daily, an aerospace engineer who bent and twisted a Boeing 707 to failure, and a gen-u-ine rocket scientist who was at RocketDyne during the Apollo years! That left me with an associate design degree, and our host with a Bachelor in Photo Art. We all shared two things...a love of airplanes, (full scale & RC model) and a love of pretty rocks. Rocks were cut and polished, tales were told, world problems solved, many things were learned. That was a 'DAY' if you know what I mean!!...I'll not forget that time in a gal-pal's garage, out in the middle of nowhere, Wisconsin!

@BackMacSci Create another coil with a matching resonant frequency of your current coil. Turn the machine on and place the new coil near the first one in order to interact. Attempt to harvest voltage off of the plasma? Remember you would likely also need an iron core that connects the two together. (like in a transformer.) You may also consider an array of smaller coils similarly to meta-materials or even possibly larger coil.

God bless the nerds of the world. I watch both SED and Integza's channels and I'm really glad your video popped up. This was cool to watch. I've never seen anything like this before. Thanks.

Have you tried to get a hold of Griffin G Brock yet, hes done some amazing work as well. His "Introducing the 1A21 Vacuum Tube - The Safe Alternative to X-rays" vid is crazy. He has a vid on Aaron Murakami's channel where he used Practical Methods for Electrostatic Stimulation Upon Organic Growth and got plants to come back to life.

What i thought it was is the 3D version of puting salt on a plate and running a bow across it giving you the visual representation of sound and thats what this is but in 3D

This is quite interesting. I think what is going on is basic vorticity. Not much different than a boundary layer roll up in a fluid is transitions to turbulence. Basically we conceptualize the magnetic field inside the coil as being uniform. However it is not and cannot be. The field strength roll off with the distance from the conductor. That imparts curl along a path perpendicular to the conductor. This curl is what cause the ionized gas to roll up into the vortex do to the resulting shear being created. Remember a magnetic field circles around a moving current and an electric charge circles in a uniform magnetic field. The beads are likely the result of the chopping of the voltage which in turn causes some "ringing" around the circular path in the vortex. Very interesting device. Something I could find myself playing with.

What a smart group of dudes in one spot. How cool! Hopefully between all of you, someone can come up with newer better things that we need in life. Like Batteries, and energy production. Like for instance i think a quick cool video would be to make a little windmill, and try one of the new toroidal propellers on it instead to see if it makes more power or less power. I feel like it would make less power, but if it is more efficient like the claims say, it should make more power. And if it doesn't, what shape would be the opposite of the toroidal propeller to get more power.
