my pretzel was GOOD, not dry either, eat it when you get it,, dont let too much time pass or it gets cold, just like yours, lol
maybe i will try it again? It was somewhat warm from what I can remember
mine was piping hot and still stale. Maybe a freshness thing
Not a fan of their churro or pretzel but the cookie is GREAT!
I honestly do not like their pretzel either that thing is so hard like a rock and neither sauce can save this abomination.

my pretzel was so dry and very difficult to eat. will get the cookie all day though!
