Nobody did harmonies like them, and that voice,,, Such a shame how he went out. It was ages til he was found. Between him, Chris cornell, Kurt cobain and of course Jeff Buckley we were given a golden time to be young and alive, but we loved and lost hard, and the lights that burned the brightest, burned twice as fast.

You just got seduced by Lane Stanley, posthumously....The same exact thing happened to me when I first heard them. It still happens. What we call 'skin orgasm’ or goosebumps, scientists call 'frisson." Music releases a neurotransmitter in the brain called dopamine' which is associated with tangible pleasures. Not everyone gets them. Those that do get them have a personality trait called 'openness to experience'.“People who possess this trait have unusually active imaginations, appreciate beauty and nature, seek out new experiences, often reflect deeply on their feelings, and love variety in life."

They got booed and people were chanting SLAYER! I felt bad for em because they were a great live band. Had the pleasure of seeing these guys 6 times. I really miss Layne and Mike. R.I.P.

The man in the box was a man named Doc who lived in a cardboard box in downtown Seattle. He managed to get a job at a local club helping set up shows. One weekend they were hosting a showcase for music labels to check out the local music scene. One of the bands was a husband's band Greenhouse. Doc got to talking to a lady from one of the labels and she offered him a job in LA. The last they saw of Doc was him heading to LA.
True story. My husband knew Doc well.
