It's so successful that they don't need to fix bugs or add new content, because the community is doing all of it. Skins? Community made. Maps? Community made. The rest stays the same. Valve just collects all the money.
the only thing making cs a bad game is the will to climb, if a person is able to give 0 shits about them climbing or winning, counter strike will feel like the best game ever period
it runs way slower, has more bugs, and has less people playing than ever. i go on faceit and there is a fraction of how queuing used to be years ago. also i get same guys in premier and comp gamemodes like 2-3 games in a row. how is it possible if the game has 100ks people queueing simultaneously?

CS2 FEELS AWFUL! a list of all cs2 problems that are in my head: bhoping is almost imposible. grenades bounce randomly of walls. subtick is pure garbage (it honestly feels like 16 tickrate. peekers advantage is crazy if u play on like 20 ms more then the enemy peeking u. FUCKING TELEPORTING. p/l. server performance. shot reg. ac. rank system. input lag. some shots are only oon your screen not on the server. boosting is bugged. runboosting is 100x harder then it was in go.
No i dont agree, few months ago when i was complaining that the game is garbage everyone attacked me, said that its just my ping and stuff like that. Now when some Pro players spoke against CS2 the whole community shits on the game. bhop really isnt that hard, idk about grenades honestly, i havent had problems with peekers advantage and servere perfomances in months. Shot reg, rank system, runboosting and input lag need improvments for sure yes. Game is far from perfect, and i am not really playing much of it lately but when i do i dont have problems honestly.
no one is missing 1v1 warm up before the matches and gaben surely cares about cs but sadly it feels like mainly because of the money it makes him, i mean it's well known that he never went to a major
Gotta stop watching because CS2 is simply not better. The new sub-tick system results in me(and other players) having so many issues with shooting and getting shot that they've already had to code in multiple workarounds for subtick! There's constant weird geometry that was fixed in CS:GO, b-hopping was negatively affected by the *random jump heights*(????). Why are there randomized jump heights??? The bugs with crouch-jumping to climb things, the bug where two players could fly into the sky, horrid performance and optimization in so many places. I still drop to 80fps in spawn on Ancient and I'm running a 3060. CS2 is garbage, we lost tons of content in exchange for a subtick system that doesn't work. I'm not sure if they've changed it or not, but on launch, even FACEIT wasn't allowed to use 128tick servers on CS2, because they were so proud of their system that not a single person has had a positive experience with.
Yea i somewhat agree, i did bait a little bit with my statements in the video i aint gonna lie. Movement def needs adjustment as i mentioned that CSGO feels more smooth, performance is not that bad for me i get constant 100+ fps with gtx 1060 (8 years old graphics card), i used to absolutely hate on subtick and called it bullshit but lately i dont have much problems, i dont remeber last time i said "how did i die i didnt even see the enemy" or something like that, it could be that i just am not playing the game enough anymore. I cant ignore that the community started to hate on the tehnical side of the game once the Pros started talking about it. Before when no one was saying anything and only Loba was calling it out the whole community called him a clown and said that its not that bad, but now everyone agrees. Interesting to see how much inpact the Pro players have.
True but I'd like some big updates and we got absolutely nothing in that regard not even a real anti cheat because valve is to stubborn to just program something deep into our pcs like valorant does it
