Hey Rachel, just a little story about the relationship between Big Hit Entertainment and JYP entertainment if you’re interested:
Bang Si Hyuk (CEO of BigHit) and Park Jin Young (CEO of JYP) have been really close friends since the 90’s and they even lived together in America for a year.
When JYP started his company, Bang Si Hyuk worked as a producer for the company under the name ”hitman Bang”, producing songs for groups under JYP in the early 2000’s. In 2005, Bang wanted to try his own wings and started Big Hit Entertainment, and the rest is obviously history.
So to summarize, JYP Entertainment has always been kind of like a brother company to Big Hit, and Park Jin Young has many times expressed how happy he is to see his good friend pave the way of Kpop to the western world.
This is also why Big Hit and JYP groups get really well along, for example:
-Jackson Wang from the group GOT7, JYP, is RM’s best friend
-BTS and Twice get along really well and there are many videos of them interacting and supporting each others in different ways
-Stray Kids and TXT are really close, Beomgyu even spent New Year’s Eve with Hyunjin and I.N

Jihyo is the main vocal but nayeon is also a strong vocalist like you said, and her tone suits almost all twice songs while jihyo has more of a deeper tone but they are basically the ones singing mostly
