By talking to campus france recently they told me that we need to have enough funding in our bank account to cover tution fees + 615 Euros per month as monthly expense (depending on the duration of our studies). So do you recommend showing some buffer or extra money in our account after covering tuition fee + expense for stay? if yes, how much should be the buffer or extra money?

On 11th day (dispatch address was different city) while my partner got it on 9th day as the city was same (Bengaluru)

Get the latest balance certificate from bank along with the bank statement you have to submit. It should be on bank's letter head.
