I agree with you, shoes off in the toilet area would be a no from me. Condensation in caravans and campervans is mainly due to ventilation. We mostly leave a roof vent slightly open at night so that the air circulates. Same with the under bed storage, it gets warm when cooking then condensation starts when the temperature drops. I’m not sure about Adria, but our caravan has lots of little air vents in the flooring.
