I have been suddenly getting very interested into this demo too, I own the movie disc with the game on it and was playing it today for nostalgia. I'm probably going to be making a video about the entire demo and comparing it to the final release, because I haven't been able to find anything about this demo either, so I guess you could keep an eye out for a video like that soon on my yt channel if you are still interested in this demo as much as I am.
