    Just now i purchased a Huewawai ear phone from your sharjah... Hypermarket...sales man told me to bill the Product first then only it can be checked. Then i made the payment and open the packet infront of sales man and when i chwcked it the bud of the ear phone size was big and sound of the earphone was very less.. Then i said its not suitable for me and needs to be changed, he disagreed and i went to customer care and met Mgr. Mubarak.. He said he will check and get back and i needs to come again. So i kept the item over there and i left the shop.. Ridiculous service

      You should understand one thing, they can’t replace the item them self, first they need to check and will be informed to company who given the product and after got reply from there can make decision only, it is fact as i know worked there , otherwise counter boy would be regretted 😊😊😊
