ERIC, IS SUCH A WONDERFUL MENTOR AND TEACHER HE WAS ABLE TO UNDERSTAND THE IMPORTANCE OF SYSTEMS AND APPLYING THIS TOBTHE ENTIRE TEAM. WOULD LOVE TO GET GOOD AT THIS AND GET OUT OF MY OWN HEAD AND STOP OVER THINKING...AM I ABLE TO INVEST/PURCHASE A SINGLE STANDARD OPERATING PROCURE FROM THE COURSE, ON “EXTERIOR RESIDENTIAL REPAINT” WOULD LIKE FINE TURN/TWEAK WHAT I’VE GOT STARTED. THANK YOU ERIC FOR BEING THERE FOR US ONE OF A KIND👍🏻.
    Happy Week, Derek

We have the PBP course, where can we find the SOPs? I’d love to incorporate these!

Just in the course. First section where it says to download forms. All the scripts and stuff are the SOP's.

Are the SOP's in coarse? I'm very interested in these. Thanks!

how much can someone earn money wise for creating all the SOPs? considering they have complete knowledge of the business.

I'm not quite sure what you mean. I don't think people would hire you to make the SOPs, if that's what you mean.

Hi! I have a, maybe silly, implementation question.
This one has to do with the business documentation: I’ve already documented some procedures and validated them with the team. My questions are:
    >how often do I have to review them?
    >If there’s and improvement to make, who is in charge to making it?
    >Can the employee that use the SOP just change the documentation when he considers? Or he chan do suggestions that have to be approved by our business systems champion?
I’m very aware of the fact that my system will evolve, but it’s not clear to me how do I need to proceed in those cases. I'm really lost in this point! Thanks a lot for your help!

Amazing question. Good for you to even be thinking like this! It's not a simple answer. You want to be very careful about changing systems. There is a tendency to "change" systems by making them more complicated and then you just end up with really inefficient systems. People respond to problems in the business by adding systems rather than creating a more efficient way to solve the problem.
My criteria for system changes is: It has to make EVERYONE's job more efficient. It can't create more inefficiency. There are a lot of factors to consider here.
For now, all changes are approved by me and my leadership team and have to meet those qualifications.
We make "notes" for changes daily/weekly... But officially roll out changes every quarter.
We also use a Learning Management System (LMS) to "host" all of our SOPs and systems and online training... so anytime new changes are rolled out they get "pushed" out to our entire time.
This is a little over the heads of most people. So good for you! Keep up the good work. I hope this helps give you some direction.
Essentially... you need a system for updating and managing your systems!
