Homemade Jalebi Recipe 👇

  • ➡️Clean and soak Urad Dal for 2 to 4 Hours..
    ➡️Grind the soaked Urad Dal in a mixer grinder with a little water and 2 tablespoons of roasted rice Powder (which makes the Jalebi a crispy texture) ..The consistency of the batter should be very thick..
    ➡️Add a tablespoon of edible red food colour and a pinch of salt to this batter and mix it well .
    ➡️For making the sugar syrup addin 2cups of granulated sugar in a saucepan and add 1 cup of water to it.
    Let it boil and add some edible red food colour and some rose essence or rose water to the sugar syrup. The consistency should be sticky..same like the texture of honey..
    Add in a teaspoon of Ghee to this syrup..For getting a good taste..
    ➡️In a pan add in some Sunflower oil and be careful that the flame should be kept at low..
    In a piping bag fill in the batter and make the Jalebi shapes out of it..
    And fry these Jalebis in medium flame...
    Always keep the flame at low when we are making Jalebi and fry in medium flame till it become crispy..
    ➡️Dip these fried Jalebis in the warm sugar syrup for about 2 to three seconds and transfer them to a clean plate..
    ➡️Can place them in an air tight container once they are cooled..
    Enjoy this delicious Jalebis with hot milk..😊
