      "Excellent research", "enlightnment".
Dr. Berg literally read a few sentences from Wikipedia article on "Ethoxyquin". He even left the citation numbers, of which particulary interesting to you might be the "citation needed" after Monsanto sentence. It means there is no source for this information.
Anyway, I am offtopic here, as everything Dr. said might be more or less true, but, please, be more critical, especially against authorities.

A side-note here. I'm 71 and when I was a kid and went to Disneyland, Monsanto had a 360 degree movie where people would stand and used hand rails for balance while they watched their 360 degree movie. It was a scene from a farm, and in the movie, you were riding on the horse-driven wagon, where looking all around, you could see how "wonderful" Monsanto was, in their farming practices 😄

This is one of the easiest to understand presentations on the body's creation of free radicals through the process of lipid peroxidation caused by the impact of environmental conditions on so much of the food we eat. The key to restorative health often lies in the management of those free radicals before they can cause unhealthy destruction and cell death (apoptosis) in the body.

Thank you Dr Berg, for covering this subject in more detail. I have a couple of questions. If you do something to effectively flood your body with Oxygen such as HBOT or using food grade Hydrogen Peroxide, does this extra oxygen increase Oxidation in the body ? Is there a trade off with the benefits ?
When taking anti-oxidants, what is the best combination to maintain effective anti-oxidation ? If they have to borrow an electron from each other, is there a combination that can do this without one anti-oxidant being left in deficit by losing an electron ?
Please can you advise on achieving the balance point to avoid oxidative stress.

In school we learnt that to prevent iron from getting rusty we can either paint it or attach a piece of magnesium to it. This is because magnesium is higher than iron in the electrochemical series. So my question is can we do the same for our body, that is wear a piece of magnesium on our neck to supply electrons for the oxidant in our body.

I had to create a scientific video to finally convince my friends and family to stop using vegetable oils for cooking and switch to butter, coconut oil and so on.

Coconut oil is a vegetable oil lol, in fact it would oxidize faster than regular vegetable oil primarily because of its high saturated fat content.

@@lupavo1738 I don't think coconut oil is a vegetable, coconut is grown on a tree.

@@garyb8186 LOL ok smart one, yes the coconut itself in whole form is a 'fruit' but once it becomes processed into an oil, it becomes a vegetable oil.

Most Dog foods are have Ethoxyquin, BHA and BHT as preservatives so the so-called dog food has a shelf life up to two years! Really sad most people are clueless on dog food as well as even the food they eat.
I learned to read labels back in 2007 when Dog Food from China was killing ours pets and it got me reading what was in our food as well.
