Thank you for the tour. Beautiful home. As an architect and minimalist I appreciate the attention to details; however a bit disappointed the architect did not incorporate the air conditioning units better as they caught my eye immediately.The same goes for the carpet in the bedrooms. I would have preferred to see a rug of the dark brown contrasted by a parameter of flooring similar to the bath or kitchen area. All in all well done.

Interesting feature wall in the bathroom (behind bathtub) at time 2:59 - assuming these are large tiles with mosaic tile effect? This will make it easier to clean. Fewer grout lines = less time cleaning grout mould. Also, I might add, for once, a house without any white paint throughout whatsoever. This is certainly bucking the trend and I think it might catch on, a softer, calmer colour scheme. Kudos to the team that designed this space.
