The machine was shaped like a tiny cop car that nobody over the age of 6 with the right mind could fit in the seat of. Also it apparently had an English version despite being a Japan-only “game”.
In Japan, kidnapping small animals, making them into murderous death robots themed after animals, and trying to kill/destroy the world only gets you a 100 yen bounty.
