The idea of a Harper in good standing sending a pack of thugs to beat cash out of a bunch of broke debtors is...honestly, completely in line with my idea of how the Harpers operate. "The ends justify the means" has pretty much been their operating credo since I first encountered them back in AD&D1E. (Also, _Librus Nocturnum_ is awesome and I can't wait for my physical copy!)
