In my town (Temecula, CA), people have rooms for rent in a house for $1200 a month. 1 bedroom with shared bathroom. That’s not expensive when renting a house can go for $3400-3900 a month. Our property taxes on our 4-bedroom house are $800 a month alone (it’s over $9000 a year) and insurance is $1850 a year. Mortgage is another So yeah mortgage is high so you have to charge high if you’re renting out. And I don’t live in a major metropolitan area so we’re considered cheap for southern CA compared to LA and SD

How many people have made it to the top through savings? Digital assets are the future don't play yourself, you don't need to study the market for many years. I had A LOT of Doge for funsies from $.003, but kept it on the exchange to send little bits to friends, and left a sell limit for all of it at the insane level of $.07 in case something crazy happened. No complaints, I made some money, but I also learned about the power of a great meme.
That’s because we have done the research... Dogecoin is a long term investment and it’s s not a pump and dump. It’s the people’s currency and the people have spoken it’s here to stay. And For those worried about it’s unlimited supply, the US dollar is printed out of thin air and your still working 40 hours a week for it.
Right that’s what I did when it hit almost .08 for the first time. Sold $400 worth, held the rest and at .36 or so at the moment, I have no regrets! Still got about $25,000 worth of free doge money that should become $100,000 with a little faith and patience in my investment.
I mean he got incredibly lucky but if he sells and cashes out, he's got A LOT of tax to pay up even if he were to hold longer then a year. DOGE can also plummet or crash at anytime, rendering his gains useless. If I were him, I would sell at least 50% and ride the rest out.

I really like how this young man did not loss his mind and think that $1.2 million was enough to quit his job and go on a shopping spree(e.g. buy expensive car). He really understands what it takes tens of millions to become truly "rich".
He could quit his job, invest $1000-$10K on various new and rising crypto's and get even more money though. And shortly after that he could smartly cash in to live the rest of his life off of his own fortune. At the very least, that's what I would do. I only care about making enough to live my life the way I want. I don't think $1.2 million would be enough for that for me, but if I had around $5-$10 million I'd have more than enough to afford a nice place wherever I want and live the way I'd want for the rest of my life.

I had A LOT of Doge for funsies from $.003, but kept it on the exchange to send little bits to friends, and left a sell limit for all of it at the insane level of $.07 in case something crazy happened. No complaints, I made some money, but I also learned about the power of a great meme.

That’s because we have done the research... Dogecoin is a long term investment and it’s s not a pump and dump. It’s the people’s currency and the people have spoken it’s here to stay. And For those worried about it’s unlimited supply, the US dollar is printed out of thin air and your still working 40 hours a week for it.

Right that’s what I did when it hit almost .08 for the first time. Sold $400 worth, held the rest and at .36 or so at the moment, I have no regrets! Still got about $25,000 worth of free doge money that should become $100,000 with a little faith and patience in my investment.

I mean he got incredibly lucky but if he sells and cashes out, he's got A LOT of tax to pay up even if he were to hold longer then a year. DOGE can also plummet or crash at anytime, rendering his gains useless. If I were him, I would sell at least 50% and ride the rest out.

He could quit his job, invest $1000-$10K on various new and rising crypto's and get even more money though. And shortly after that he could smartly cash in to live the rest of his life off of his own fortune. At the very least, that's what I would do. I only care about making enough to live my life the way I want. I don't think $1.2 million would be enough for that for me, but if I had around $5-$10 million I'd have more than enough to afford a nice place wherever I want and live the way I'd want for the rest of my life.
