    PAD THAI
    For the pad thai sauce(source KHMER Cuisine)
    1tbsp tamarint paste
    2 tbsp housing sauce
    3tbsp oyster sauce
    4tbsp siracha sauce
    4tbsp sweet soy sauce
    3tbsp fish sauce
    salt(according to your taste)for me I added in the last part.
    For the pad thai noodles
    400 grams rice noodles
    30 g garlic
    30g shallots
    200 g tofu
    100 g aubergine
    60 g shiitake mushrooms
    4 tbsp oil
    pal choy
    100g bean sprouts
    100 g great beans or snap peas
    1tbsp red thai curry paste
    sugar and salt to taste
    2 tbsp coconut milk
    To serve
    roasted peanuts
    10 g shallots
    10g coconut powder
    2 bird's eye chillies
    coriander or spring onion
    lime wedge
