I love mine for watching movies in a cinematic environment. However, is there a way to remove the position bar and close tab while watching movies on non-dedicated apps like Vudu and Netflix? I feel they should disappear while watching the movie and only appear when i look at the bottom of the screen similar to the corners when i want to resize the screen.
I didn’t even consider returning my Vision Pro! I absolutely love it! Looking forward to all the awesome apps as well as watching sports on it. I can’t even imagine watching baseball.
I was blown away after demoing one of these. It’s so clear to me that this is a possible future for content creators. I especially like the virtual display and 3D camera. I’ll never wear one of these for 8 hours a day, but for 3 or 4 hours, this could change a lot. With Apple’s huge cash reserves, they can afford to continue to improve and make the technology more affordable. We’ll see.
I get more battery life on a device that is 2-3hrs is important but disabling sending analytics makes it much hard for Apple to make the device better...
Would have been a great review if I hadn't gotten so sick I needed Dramamine. WAY TOO MUCH movement of your head while you showed the VPro screen. YIKES!
I absolutely love my AVP I rarely use my iBook anymore and if I do, I simply mirror it. I highly suggest anyone that is interested to go take the demo because these TH-cam videos do not give it justice of what the experiences actually like. FYI, in the video he’s pinching in screen in reality, you can have your hands at your side. You’ll learn that in the demo. These are great. I love mine well worth the money.
help please...I have a 14 pro max, when I try to do a security check I get a pop up that says (unable to gather "notes" sharing information a problem occurred when trying to gather sharing information) I don't know why it says that and can't find any information about it at all. has this happened to anyone else? anyone know why? thanks
Probably has to do with a note you shared to Collaborate. In Notes, the menu button on the top left, then tap Shared, and look for which note could be causing the issue. Maybe it was shared with someone who no longer has that Apple ID?
Completely different device. The only similarity is that both headsets are uncomfortable to wear at times with the same old headstrap weight in your nose/forehead
If all one does is sit around a droll, then I agree. But the AVP has changed my creative workflow in ways that were impossible before it. I think it’s great for creativity. But that’s me.

You can manually alter the alignment of the displays. Increases FOV and improves 3d for me
Motion sickness is a thing with VP recordings on youtube.

Does some of these settings apply to Oculus Quest 2 or Meta Quest 2?

After every Apple Update... APPLE CHANGE EVERYTHING TO Appease them.. you have to go back & rechange the Settings after every Apple undate..😆
