You’re doing so well with your Intermittent fasting and I agree with you don’t deny yourself a treat especially at this time of year. Stick to the 80/20 rule and you will do well. You’ll have to get a do not disturb sign Sandra, hahaha I could do with one of those. A couple of nights this week I treated myself to a small chocolate treat, so if it takes longer to lose it, so be it. I don’t think a couple of treats every week will harm me lol, and I make sure I have one before 7pm which is my cut off point. I haven’t worn the trainers yet, it’s been boot weather lately, but as soon as I can they’ll be on my feet lol. Have a lovely weekend ❤️🎄❤️

Hi Lynn some lovely items, I had to take the v. neck jumper back as it was too long in the arms I think because it was a drop shoulder the arms were longer, I've lost 6lb in two weeks pleased with that take care❤

It must be difficult for the shops with their sizes - I'm a 12 or 10 with elasticated waist but am 5'8" with long arms!!! Love the way you style all the jumpers, Lynn, as always, thank you x

Happy Sunday Lynn….this is why I will never order on line from M & S. Sizing is getting worse, I have complained but it goes no where. Love the pearl short sleeved jumper and the ribbed jumper. Both fit super nice. I have the same red jumper but in beige. Love it, I wear mine a lot so smart and cannot moan at the price. I will try and get the red one. Trainers, wow, love them. Very stylish. Thank you Tina, I’ve complained about how creased the clothes are sometimes when they get delivered, but I didn’t get any help at all. Customer service has gone down the pan as far as I’m concerned. I didn’t see the jumper in beige so I must go back and see. I hope I get some decent weather so that I can wear the trainers, and I’m chuffed with the results of the IF diet ❤️❤️❤️

Lynne your weight loss has inspired me! I’m the same age, height and age as you but not losing as I think I’m eating too much compared to what you have in 2 meals. I don’t do IF as like breakfast but to make up for that extra meal I think my meal could be smaller. It would be very helpful if you said what you have every day as it’s working well and maybe a video just dedicated to meals in a week. No need to take photos just an idea of the amount to eat . My aim is to get back to below 9 stone . Well done so far!
My portions used to be enormous Maria, so I’ve cut down a lot, and to be honest, I’ve got used to it now, I’m not hungry at all, but I think cutting out the biscuits has helped me the most, I was terrible in the evenings, and now I hardly think of them. As from Monday I’ll do a meals in a week video, and I’ll just put it with another one because it wouldn’t be long enough on its own, there may be other people that would like to see that. My aim is to get below 9st as well Maria, so good luck to both of us ❤️❤️❤️

I think it’s because they are buying from all different countries in the world, China, Pakistan, Turkey all over, so it’s kinda pot luck these days, and I buy online most of the time, I should take more notice of the models, I will in future ❤️❤️❤️
Hi Lynn, can I suggest you measuring across the front of that lovely red jumper and it will give you a guide size wise next time you buy a top, I am always getting the tape measure out in shops, well done on your weight loss, can't believe how much better I feel cutting out breakfast, I lost 10lbs last year ready for a hip replacement doing IF back on it with you for a few lbs ❤🎉

❤lovely haul I bought a red jumper in primark in September then ended up buying two more same style different colours . Lynn I loved everything you showed us, pity about the pink jumper. I am about to try a diet where you don't eat ultra processed foods. The lady who wrote the book is a dietician and she is an advocate for an 80/20 type of eating regime. So your odd couple of biscuits (ultra processed) won't hurt. Also started taking probiotics from the health shop and I think it's helping my IBS. Enjoy the rest of your weekend.❤

I definately feel so much better. I think I’ve lost body flab on my back already lol I’ve lost 2.5 kg. About 5.5 lbs in the week. I have not been hungry at all and I have to confess I’ve had a couple of gin and tonics thro the week. Like a drink whilst I’m making dinner lol I thought if I knock everything off I won’t last You do right to have a biscuit if you deprive yourself of everything you will crave that food and go off your eating plan all together. Anyway feel fab and can easily manage this way of eating. Thanks so much Lynn. Take care ❤

Well done on the weight loss I have no will power. I gave up smoking and gained weight then went through the menopause and now have an underactive thyroid so now I’m stuffing Pringles and I’m always hungry and I have no willpower anymore. 😢I loved all the clothes by the way.😊😊

Loved the first top with the gunmetal beads,and the green, the sleeves on the pink top were just silly, and personally I don’t like dropped shoulders, as they don’t seem to flatter anyone.I think the red with animal print is very nice, though for me I prefer a red towards the blue side not towards the orange side. I wore a skirt that feels like crepe though it is mainly rayon to Thanksgiving, it is one I have had for years, but never worn much,it has a slight outline of a few leaves, in burgundy, and green on a dark navy background,so I wore a burgundy cardigan as a sweater, and burgundy shoes, I was pleased with my outfit. ❤😊❤

As all M&S clothing is made in many countries, there is no standard sizing, hence such variation. As an elderly, disabled lady I am finding clothing sized and suitable for me nigh impossible in both M&S and Next. Us oldies would like to look smartly dressed, but it is not to be unless I send for things online, but then it is difficult to send things back as I live alone. Thank you so much for your Chanel 🥲
Hi Lynn, what's with M&S sizing? I've had trouble with buying their clothes because of that. Never try on in store, but carry one of my tape measures with me to check. The pink one made me laugh, so big😂. Loved the black, the silver and the emerald green, really suited you. I don't do red!. Is anyone else put off dressing up for occasions in homes of people who have a no shoes code? I end up feeling there's no point in wearing a nice dress and jewellery if I can't finish the outfit off with nice footwear! I only ever dress up these days if I'm going out to a restaurant or theatre.
I’ve never been asked to remove my shoes if I’ve been invited to someone’s house, and I understand what your saying, because the shoes finish off your outfit ❤️❤️❤️

Happy Sunday Lynn….this is why I will never order on line from M & S. Sizing is getting worse, I have complained but it goes no where. Love the pearl short sleeved jumper and the ribbed jumper. Both fit super nice. I have the same red jumper but in beige. Love it, I wear mine a lot so smart and cannot moan at the price. I will try and get the red one. Trainers, wow, love them. Very stylish. Lynne your weight loss has inspired me! I’m the same age, height and age as you but not losing as I think I’m eating too much compared to what you have in 2 meals. I don’t do IF as like breakfast but to make up for that extra meal I think my meal could be smaller. It would be very helpful if you said what you have every day as it’s working well and maybe a video just dedicated to meals in a week. No need to take photos just an idea of the amount to eat . My aim is to get back to below 9 stone . Well done so far!
My portions used to be enormous Maria, so I’ve cut down a lot, and to be honest, I’ve got used to it now, I’m not hungry at all, but I think cutting out the biscuits has helped me the most, I was terrible in the evenings, and now I hardly think of them. As from Monday I’ll do a meals in a week video, and I’ll just put it with another one because it wouldn’t be long enough on its own, there may be other people that would like to see that. My aim is to get below 9st as well Maria, so good luck to both of us ❤️❤️❤️

I think it’s because they are buying from all different countries in the world, China, Pakistan, Turkey all over, so it’s kinda pot luck these days, and I buy online most of the time, I should take more notice of the models, I will in future ❤️❤️❤️

Hi Lynn, can I suggest you measuring across the front of that lovely red jumper and it will give you a guide size wise next time you buy a top, I am always getting the tape measure out in shops, well done on your weight loss, can't believe how much better I feel cutting out breakfast, I lost 10lbs last year ready for a hip replacement doing IF back on it with you for a few lbs ❤🎉

Lynn I loved everything you showed us, pity about the pink jumper. I am about to try a diet where you don't eat ultra processed foods. The lady who wrote the book is a dietician and she is an advocate for an 80/20 type of eating regime. So your odd couple of biscuits (ultra processed) won't hurt. Also started taking probiotics from the health shop and I think it's helping my IBS. Enjoy the rest of your weekend.❤

You pick some nice clothes to show us and they did look lovely with the blk pleated skirt and your beautiful new shoes. You can definately see your weight loss. Well done. I definately feel so much better. I think I’ve lost body flab on my back already lol I’ve lost 2.5 kg. About 5.5 lbs in the week. I have not been hungry at all and I have to confess I’ve had a couple of gin and tonics thro the week. Like a drink whilst I’m making dinner lol I thought if I knock everything off I won’t last You do right to have a biscuit if you deprive yourself of everything you will crave that food and go off your eating plan all together. Well done on the weight loss I have no will power. I gave up smoking and gained weight then went through the menopause and now have an underactive thyroid so now I’m stuffing Pringles and I’m always hungry and I have no willpower anymore. 😢I loved all the clothes by the way.😊😊

Loved the first top with the gunmetal beads,and the green, the sleeves on the pink top were just silly, and personally I don’t like dropped shoulders, as they don’t seem to flatter anyone.I think the red with animal print is very nice, though for me I prefer a red towards the blue side not towards the orange side. I wore a skirt that feels like crepe though it is mainly rayon to Thanksgiving, it is one I have had for years, but never worn much,it has a slight outline of a few leaves, in burgundy, and green on a dark navy background,so I wore a burgundy cardigan as a sweater, and burgundy shoes, I was pleased with my outfit. ❤😊❤

As all M&S clothing is made in many countries, there is no standard sizing, hence such variation. As an elderly, disabled lady I am finding clothing sized and suitable for me nigh impossible in both M&S and Next. Us oldies would like to look smartly dressed, but it is not to be unless I send for things online, but then it is difficult to send things back as I live alone. Thank you so much for your Chanel 🥲

Hi Lynn, what's with M&S sizing? I've had trouble with buying their clothes because of that. Never try on in store, but carry one of my tape measures with me to check. The pink one made me laugh, so big😂. Loved the black, the silver and the emerald green, really suited you. I don't do red!. Keeping going with the fasting, only lost 1.5 lbs this week, but that's okay. Your doing really well. Is anyone else put off dressing up for occasions in homes of people who have a no shoes code? I end up feeling there's no point in wearing a nice dress and jewellery if I can't finish the outfit off with nice footwear! I only ever dress up these days if I'm going out to a restaurant or theatre.
