Before you judge: Dim Sum is a Style of how a food is serve. its basically a term for small serving of food doen't have to be bite size but small enough for a couple of people to enjoy with a tea for a brunch...and if you feel not enough while you haven't running out of topics nor tea you can just ask for more
on the topic though: that Rabbit is cooked amazingly... i can really relate the the herb-y curry flavoring on it, the greens is both refreshing and cleanse your palate so the meat and the curry flavor can keep on living. and the Roti provide a slight sweet tone to the dish
i do have question though there some edible flower being put in on the curry pot...what kind of flower are those?

A very beautiful meal. Would like to mention however, that roti isn't actually dim sum, it's a SEA Indian dish, so you might want to change the title to reflect this.

I'm a Malaysian dude, and I've not been to a dim sum shop that sells me roti. Mamak stores, yes, indian stores, definitely, but no dim sum shop yo.

Remember he said that American cuisine is not about regional cooking and more about technique. In my opinion this is one of the reason the food is bad in the U.S. there is no sense of culture in food, no sense of using what is readily available to you and surviving with it.
