Fun little video. Unfortunately, Arlington County found it necessary to tear down the older W & L, and replace it (still under construction), with the most expensive HS in the State. It was even built higher than County code permitted, but what the heck, we simply changed the height restriction limit. We also enjoy highly paid teachers, who salaries currently average over $72,000. Not bad for working 8 months a year.
That is you! I never noticed before. I saw Scott Mudd sitting on the end behind Sandy, and also saw Mr. Mitchell (PE teacher) standing off to the side. At about 1:33 or so, the camera zooms in across the gym floor where the kids in the class of 1983 were sitting, and it appears that Laura Mason, Susan Wray and maybe Ruth Ann Schlank are on their feet dancing. Anyway, sharp eye on your part. Wonder what ever happened to that Sandy girl ..........
