    Could you recycle old bread to make a tea-quick bread? (such as banana/zucchini/date) and great video btw!

      You could. I would soak it in strong tea or milk before using (using the liquid from the recipe and then adding a little more liquid if the final mix needs it). It will add flavour.

    Is there a cutoff for the kind of bread, like unleavened? Could you use naan or tortillas as long as they crumb up small?

      Yes you can use any bread, including unleavened. Hope you like it.

      Hi Elaine, Yes you absolutely can use a stand mixer. This is my favourite way to mix bread in the stand mixer vegpatchkitchen.co.uk/can-i-use-a-mixer-to-make-bread/ it replicates the gentler action of the stretch and fold method. I hope you make the loaf.
